How do you react to 'race related' situations? Advice would be helpful
One of my struggles is that I don't always deal too well when I'm put in a new situation or come across a customer that looks for something very specific that I've never done or had experience with before (or limited).
Anyway, I'm looking to become more open and just able to deal better with some of the more 'specific' customers.
One of the customers last week seemed pretty regular and he got a VIP. He wasn't very touchy and a conversational type. Anyway, he surprised me when he asked me if I like black men. I pretty much shrugged it off saying I like all men, as long as they are respectful. I guess that wasn't the answer he wanted to hear as he asked me a lot of questions about whether I dance for black guys, how often, if they are attractive, how the dances are, etc. telling me how I must look pretty dancing for them. I didn't really do much with that, just giggled generally. The guy was a good tipper but the VIP didn't last much longer after that. Obviously, I feel I could've wanted more if I played along with it a bit but I wasn't really sure how. Has anyone had a similar situation and do you play along with them or does any race-related talk bother you? Are these type of guys usually ones you make a lot of money from and if so, any advice lol?
Also, how do you deal with customers that comment on your race? I'm Asian, so I get a lot of comments from customers about how they are really 'into Asian girls' - do you just blow it off or use that to your advantage?
Thanks!

Always try to turn the convo back to them... if they ask what type of guys you like just describe them (whatever customer you have in front of you) or say as long as they have a big dick you don’t care lol.. ask them what type of if girl they like etc... when the convo starts to get awkward just bring it back to them so they can talk about themselves.

Thanks! That's always a good idea... although this one was a weird case since the customer was white lol.

Eventually you’ll be able to tell when someone has a fetish that you can cash in on. As long as you’re not uncomfortable and he’s not using slurs or being an asshole, I’d just play along as much as possible. Unless it seems fetish related and the guy has money I always try to steer the topic away from race but in this situation I’d probably recognize he has a fetish and run with it (whatever it is.. in any case, even something like feet that I’m not actually into)

Do not answer their interrogative questions and ALWAYS turn the questions back around on them.
Also know you can’t please everyone. If it’s something that makes you feel uncomfortable then don’t do it. But like mentioned above if you want to act and get paid for indulging in fetishes then go for it but charge extra.
Race related talk can be annoying because it is a remembrance of the divisiveness/ignorance/etc going on in the outside world and mfs came to the club to get away from the outside world. However just try not to take offense, if necessary change the subject into something sexy, and get that money flowing.

Hey fellow Asian Stripper,
Haven't posted in Stripperweb in like FOREVER. But I thought I'd post and give you some tips regarding what I do as I'm also Asian. Totally feel you!
I'm Asian, Hispanic, Native. I look 90% Asian so that's what I get treated as in the club. I work in Arizona, land of the Ignorant White Boy. LOL
Here's what I do...
Black Club Guy: You like black men? Me: well, I haven't dated black guys in a while, but my 2nd boyfriend in high school was black.....make something up. blah blah...but he was sure as fuck not as buff as ya! I just say what I think my hot black girlfriends would say. LOL.
Me: Hey there how are you? Club Guy (usually a white guy would say this, satistically LOL): Ching Chong Bang Bong or saying something in a mock asian accent, or any racist reply. Me: (If I sense he is not with evil intentions, just ignorant, once had a New Zelander pull this bullshit on me..." Why are you being mean to me You come here for fun I'm trying to make it fun for you, its simple.. You say sorry, Hun..!!."--usually the guy will just say sorry and I'll go "oh ur cute, sorry bout that, lets start over. Hey so you having. a good time tonight?" --usually works. If they like you they will.
(If I sense he is saying that with evil intentions, then there's not point chatting with him, he is being mean since I know he wont spend money on me...then I look at him with condescending dont give a fuck at all stoner-eyes and say... "" you know hun, Im being nice to you cuz ur cute. But your making it obvious to me that ur life, its so pathetic you gotta be here on a Wednesday nite" LOL I've gone as far to tell guys if they keep repeating that bullshit, "" gonna pray real hard you dont die of skin cancer." LOL right? but that is in extreme cases.
The key to saying all this is confidence and looking like you dont give a fuck. Usually, guys are just ignorant and need to be corrected real fast. I like being direct like that since directness isn't really a part of modern corporate american society and alot of guys are thrown off by it enough to listen.
I'm consistently shocked by the amount of guys that actually do say sorry. I would say 90%. The other I just walk away from mid senteance, they are not worth my time or breath, unless I wanna talk back to them. Most of these guys are just clueless and dont know how to relate to an asian woman so they say that.
If they want an asian stereotype for me to be submissive to, I don't let them. I prevent it off the bat by telling them i'm third-generation (insert asian country of origin) and an American of Asian descent, I lie and say I dont speak the langauge.. I have my own reasons for doing that, (dont want to perpetuate the stereotype of submissive asian female, asians being PerPetual Foreigner..)...and you know what? I dont think I've EVER lost a customer for doing that,. if anything they like ur look they'll be ok enough with whatever the hell you tell them you are if they do spend money on you. Guys just want an excuse to spend money really or they weren't gonna spend money on you anyways...
guy: im into asian girls.. Me: You know Hun, im half asian, half tits and Ass. That's the total package you need. LOL. It works.
Hope my tips helped!! Most guys arent rude like that but just in case they are you can say the above!!

I look Asian even though I'm Mexican/Irish. I usually just snarl at them and they back off.
