From what I have read, most custys are much older men. There is only one group or sevice that covers all states. The paysounds so good I want to be independent and charge 60.00/hr. Their are various articles you can Google it and read.
I tried advertising for professional cuddling, ( not with an agency. ) All I got were guys who thought sex came with the deal.
*I live in a retirement community, but, I discovered that either the people are poor, living on social security.
Or as mentioned above, just had sex on the brain.
I might try to advertise again, since the younger, wealthy snowbirds are now here.
Best of luck.

Look, as someone who has been doing platonic cuddling for 3 years now I can honestly say this: it's hard. It is a very part-time side gig for me. I have worked through a few different websites and even had my own website for it. I ended up letting it expire because all I was getting were horny guys looking for an escort. I prefer to keep cuddling and escorting separate. I am firm on not crossing boundaries with platonic cuddling. Some guys think sex is on the table no matter how many times it's stated in the rules of etiquette that nothing sexual/no sexual services are allowed and that it's a platonic service. I have a handful of platonic cuddle clients who are good clients who respect my boundaries of platonic cuddling but it's tough to maintain and find clients for strictly cuddling. Eventually even the most well behaved men can suddenly start trying to take things in a sexual direction. I realize that men can get erections during cuddling due to being in close proximity and I won't automatically end the cuddle session just because of that. Instead I will have them switch to a different cuddling position or put a pillow between us. If they don't listen and start humping me or trying to get me to have sex, they're done. Our cuddle session is over and I won't schedule with them again. I have had one instance of a guy who started rubbing against me and wouldn't stop, which brings me to another point. Please make sure that if you do decide to do cuddling you have someone to act as your security/body guard. Make sure that they are close by and can help you if you need help. If they(your security) can be on location with you, even better. All of my platonic cuddle clients have been men of all ages from 20's-86. I have yet to ever have a woman cuddle client. Older men doesn't automatically = safe, thanks to Viagra. Pretty much anyone with a penis can quickly turn dangerous. Be careful out there.
The whole men assuming sex is on the table thing... I have asked randomly if a guy has heard of doing cuddling and that is exactly what he assumed. But I think if I could just set up a half a dozen regulars I would make a decent income. I think at age 46 with multiple dics and being a little thick, I would only have a few options. I will likely push to do this some. And maybe say that if I don't text my support guy in the area right when I am done he will show up.
