you could work on your legs/glutes 3-4 times a week with heavy weights and different exercises to build quads, hamstrings and ass. My skinny little dancer legs are becoming tanks after a few months of consistency in the gym and it feels better/prouder than going and getting injections lol. Also balancing it with eating protein and carbs like rice.

Why do you want to get thick? Most strip clubs prefer thin women and you have more choices of clubs to work at when you're slim. But if you do want to get thick, high calorie shakes from health food stores and heavy weights, low reps at the gym are the way to go.

I used to do gymnastics so I have like a track figure my legs are muscular and toned. But I just don't have any hips or a butt just makes me feel like a little girl like I haven't developed. I can work at any club but I'm basically limited to white clubs I do okay at black clubs too but still.

You look great! I was in the same situation as you as I really wanted a bigger butt as well, but eating hasn't helped that much though lol.
You definitely look great though and it doesn't seem like you need any improvements:)

Just do what I did lol
Eat whatever the fuck you want when you want. I gained it when I quit dancing & started camming bc my clients loved my thickness much more than the overly ignorant judgemental mngrs & custys at the club.

There are some cultures that prefer “thick” “curvy” women
Celebs like Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, and other thick thighed big bootied slim waisted women have made that look/body frame mainstream and coveted where it was once viewed as grotesque
Not all clubs/clientele prefer the thin waif look.
You basically need to increase you calories (healthy foods, protein, good carbs, healthy fats) but still workout so you are toned and not flabby.

I’ve been taking apetamin. I’ve gained 10 pounds but I went from super skinny to slim/ slim thick then skinny fat lol so be careful and exercise/ weight train if you decide to try it.

Apetamin does actually work,it’s just hard to find and those selling on IG are tripling the price. It will make you sleepy for that ONE day you start, but with that and working out will get you right. Also cannabis

Having a kid doesn't mean your metabolism slows down. Mine never did, and Ive had two
Concentrate on healthy fats and protein. And carbs like sweet potatoe and veggies. Calculate your macros for muscle growth and weight gain
Then start lifting heavy. Do hip thrusts, glute bridges, kneeling squats, glute hyperextensions, deadlifts, and hip abductions with HEAVY weights. I do high reps of low weight, and then low reps of high weight to really break down and reform the muscles. Work your compound exercises, then work the machines at he gym that isolate the specific muscle groups. Get those exercise bands. Look up Bret contreras on YouTube and IG , he is the God of glutes
Also work out your shoulders and back as well as glutes to get more of an hourglass. Don't work obliques cause those can make your waist look thicker.
The right outfits can make a big difference too.
If all else fails, ask your dr about remeron (it's an anti anxiety /anti depressant/sleep med) they give it off label to anorexic and the elderly who can't gain weight.

I've done the weight gain thing before a couple times.
Make sure you're counting your calories. You will probably need to eat about 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day to put on weight fast.
Workout too so you don't become skinny fat.
Do not miss any meals.
There's lots of YouTube videos about apetamin or cyproheptadine if you want to take an appetite stimulant.
I've used both, and I prefer the pill. I didn't experience excessive hunger, but I was able to eat way more with these medicines than without.
You will gain about 15-25 pounds in a month if you do this.

Thick and fat are not the same thing. You can be thick and skinny at the same time. The term “slim-thick” describes the body of a petite thin girl with a big booty and wide hips. The clubs managers may prefer to hire the Keira Knightleys, but no doubt the customers prefer the J.Los. The “thick” women have been a hit at each club I’ve been to so far.

I know many guys love the J.Lo/Beyonce body type, but it doesn't matter if you can't get your foot in the door. I know many clubs that would not hire a girl with that body type. Can't make money if you don't get hired in the first place.

Really? To me Jlo isn't "thick". She's toned and curvy. I use to work at a very picky upscale club back in the day(at that moment, it was the hottest in town), and they would hire a varity of hot women. All shapes, shades, height, etc...There was thick, but it was firm with flat stomach. Nothing loose or sloppy.

True, J-Lo is toned, but some clubs prefer the stick-thin look. I've been told to lose weight at a couple clubs when I weighed around 125 lbs. And people have different definitions of thick too-I consider thick big boobs, big butt and big thighs in some cases, but still toned and not fat. And some people think thick is 300 lbs. lol If you ask 10 people to give you an example of someone they think is thick, you'll probably get 10 different answers.

So the protein shakes did put a few pounds on me so I will keep using it. I do have a little tummy but not too bad I was thinking about trying a waist trainer to get the hourglass look? Any reccomendations?

Have you tried maca? Some girls here swore it made their ass and boobs plumpy.

I have some supplements too I took them before the protein shakes without any success but I'll try them again. I'm more so worried about my stomach now that's why I want to know what type of waist trainer would be best. I've seen the ones that make you sweat or the corset type ones.

Just do ab focused workouts. The first time I gained weight I didn't workout, so my stomach wasn't toned, but the second time I did, so I was able to keep the tum flat.
Buying a waist trainer is a good idea, but it's not going to keep weight from going to your stomach. You can get a Kaoir trainer and wear it while you workout.

I had the impression that "thick" was an urban slang for voluptous/curvy. I think people get confused because the media is all PC with the "real womyn hav curves!1" movement using any word but "fat" to describe fat women. Though some guys do prefer the super skinny/petite/waif look. And to the "spinner" lovers, anything above a size 3 is too big for them. Hence why Kate Upton was called "fat" by fashion critics and PUAs.

Kate Upton wasn't called fat for being a certain size. It is her shape and the fact she modeled in next to nothing or whatever.
