Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Hey , im 22 my friend and i both thought about throwing a stripper party at a hotel room and have guys come and spend/throw money but i dont know how to go about doing it. Do we charge them like 10 bucks to enter? And keep it at a minimum of 5 guys? Do we dance the whole time? Or do we just chill and kick it with them while also dancing and stripping for them?

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Have you made arrangements for security?

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Honestly, I think you need to do a LOT more research on this, for your own safety & legal protection.
Good luck

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
There seems to be a Private Party section further down the forum. Have you looked there?
First thing I would rethink is doing this at a hotel. That sounds like a fantastic way to up your chances of getting busted for noise complaints, prostitution or whatever else.
Are you even a dancer, OP, or are you just considering this for a lark?

No we both have never danced before.

Then go to a club, audition, get hired, and you'll have the location and security settled. All you'll have to do is show up.
This 'hotel stripper party' nonsense when you've never even done the job in a controlled environment is asking for trouble, both legally and personally.

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
This is a horrible idea. Don't do that.
Just go audition if you wanna strip.

I saw a couple girls on instagram posting that they were having a orivate party at a private location , it seems normal. Why do you think its a bad idea?

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Please just go apply to a club or a legit private stripper company near you. You do not realize the dangers of having a hotel party. As others have mentioned it will possibly set you up for prostitution charges. Many hotels are trained to target single women as potential prostitutes. They absolutely will be watching you if they notice multiple men going in and out of your room and might call the police. Try explaining to police that you are just having a stripper party. They will not believe for one second that nothing beyond just dancing is going on. Even if somehow you lucked out and police didn't show up, you could end up with a noise complaint and kicked out of the hotel. Take it from someone who has been in the world of stripping and adult entertainment for several years, stripper parties are not something that you want to do at a hotel, especially when you're an amateur. There's still the risk of your safety. Where would you find these men? How are you going to screen them to know that they are safe? How would you be able to stop these men from trying to do more than just dancing? Some guys can get brave and push boundaries big time. When alcohol is involved even more so and they could possibly even sexually force themselves on you and your friend. At least in a strip club there are bouncers who are there to protect you and help you in case a customer tries to hurt you. The clubs or a private stripper company have bouncers or some type of security available and is more of a controlled environment.

Staged. This is WAY too dangerous for two naive young women to think you can pull off.
Edit: a lot of people are focusing on the potential legal implications but I'm legitimately concerned about you and your friend getting raped.

It isn't normal. Nothing you see these dumb "influencers" on IG post is 'normal' and half of it is made up bullshit anyway.
You don't have any idea what you're doing & this has a high chance of ending in disaster. Meeting up with strange men in a hotel room so you can dance for them when you've never done it before? Men can smell naive young girls & will take full advantage of it. You could get kicked out by hotel security & be trespassed from the chain, have the cops called & go to jail for prostitution, get robbed of all the cash, get raped, get killed, etc.
I don't care if you have "security", it would still be one dude & 2 tiny girls vs. the 5 or more guys you bring (who, by the way, could potentially bring weapons). Don't do this.

Don't believe everything you see on Instagram. ::)

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Instagram is a menace to the industry.
My vanilla job last year was at a hotel and for sure they will call the police on you.

I really don't think that's the only place where you are. Sorry, I'm not saying this to be vindictive, but I've read the rest of the thread, and I really don't think you've thought this through. In fact, this whole plan of yours reads like a crash course for disaster. At the club, we have our security staff. What have you got lined up? A college jock or two? You know what kind of backgrounds our security staff has? VIP protection, military, law enforcement, corrections. And I still have my handgun on me when I leave the club, in spite of being escorted by them. With how haphazardly you seem to have planned this whole thing out, I am extremely skeptical of the professional credentials of your 'security' you have arranged.
As stated already, you're walking a razor's edge with what you're doing. I really do hope you'll think better of it. If not, then I sincerely hope I don't end up seeing headlines about you and your supposed 'security'.

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Just say no this plan. Your current plan will get you either busted, raped, or killed. By the way, Instagram is really clouding a lot of young women's views of the industry. It happens even worst on the sugar baby and findom side of things. I also seen the whole private hotel stripper party thing being promoted on IG and it's very dangerous. They just show the glitz and glamour. However, they rarely show the truth. Just go to the club, auction, and try to get hired. Later on, you can become an private dancer. :)

Can someone PM me this IG party? I'm curious to see what's being exposed out there, like idiots.

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Hotels, even nice ones are dangerous places, much more than people realize.
I've been nearly assaulted/robbed in one like 5 times.
No, that's not a misprint.
In my area, a yr ago, a young girl went to a party @ one, (a regular party, but still).
She ended up dead, in a commercial freezer. They say she was high (highly possible) & walked in it & was trapped in there.
Only problem, they don't lock from the inside.
The camera by it 'just happened' to be not working, again, highly possible, but way too many coincidences along with it.

Sure, I will just show you one of the post that I saw :)

That's the downside to all these "ima just be a stripper and get me a sugar daddy lololol" jokes. Stripping is quite glamourized with this culture of "Instagram baddies" and popular mainstream rappers like Migos singing songs about "stripper girls shaking dat ass on the pole". Naive girls be like "omg I luv Cardi B and Trish Paytas" and then attempt this line of work just for the lulz. Then they quit soon after they realize the work is tougher than they imagined or because they got burned easily.

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
I see Instagram as another form of advertising as I've seen some dancers use it to bring a few customers to the club. Though, as I've heard of those men who contacted them, they only want OTC or extras once they buy in to a lap dance. It's good in some ways, but social media just promotes entitlement and cheapness.

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
Instagram is only good for urban club's because it attracts young men. the young make it rain crowd.Upscale club's clients will not be on Instagram.

Re: Me and Friend want to throw a stripper party
I think this was mention before.
The thing I'm starting to dislike the most with dancers and Instagram is blending occupation with personal life. Same goes with bartenders and waitresses.
I've seen the Instagram account of the club where I work at and see several girls posting photos of themselves within the club floor or the locker room while it links to their personal Instagram accounts. To me, it just makes us girls, dancers or not, in the industry less "valuable" and "mysterious" to paying men.
