Using your personal Color Analysis to your advantage
Awhile ago I remember stumbling across this guide to Color Analysis on Reddit. The tl;dr is that certain colors/shades do flatter you more than most and can help you greatly. Other sources I've read state that finding "your" color is extremely beneficial in other ways too. We all know how important first impressions are especially with our hustle, and apparently wearing certain colors can greatly benefit how people perceive you upon first glance. I wonder if I've had better luck while wearing colors that flattered me versus ones that supposedly didn't.
I think i'll try and find my color or season and try on outfits that flatter me, see how they affect my work life, after all what's to lose?
Anyone have experience or thoughts to share?

There was a book from the 1980's that's still relevant today covering that topic called, Color Me Beautiful.

I loved that book! I purchased it at a thrift shop and then a 'friend' borrowed and didn't return it.
However, I looked at the color charts so many times, I practically memorized them.

I wish they gave examples of various people of the various seasons...that would help me determine better which one I am! Thanks for reminding me of this strategy :P
