1 hr 45 min on and I needed to take a meditation break as my vibration was dropping. Took 13 min for breathing awareness and gratitude plus drop resentments. I feel much better.

Have had another 20 oz water for a total of 100 oz. Just need to drink 20 oz more. I've had tuna salad and coffee. I feel positive.
Just 4.25 more hrs to go. I have made zero, but I feel fine. I'll do my hrs and smile.

I'm so angry, like seeing red. This is not good. Gonna break for 30 min. Will meditate & eat protein. I HAVE to raise my vibration.
Update:
I cannot believe I was that angry. Man, that's not good LOL. Took 30 minutes to relax and listen to binaural beats plus eat protein. I feel better. Going to stream 1.5 hrs then quit.
If it goes well, good. If not, I'm going to get sleep and try again tomorrow. I AM NOT streaming 10 hrs under these conditions.

When you meditate does your mind just race? I can never hear silence. My brain is always thinking, remembering, etc and hearing every noise in the house.

^^Good question. Most ppl think that the mind must be clear of all thought when meditating "right", but the only time your mind will ever be blank is when you're dead or reach nirvana. It's rare those reach full enlightenment in their lifetime.
So, usually, a session is totally successful if you can focus all attention on the meditation object. One object can be the breath. Your thoughts will be on how the breath feels entering the body and exiting the body. Your mind will be consumed with how it feels entering the nostrils, traveling through your body, then upon how it feels as it exits.
Your mind will be focused NOT totally blank. It takes practice, yes...and can be extremely difficult when I'm anxious. Sometimes my object is a mantra like "I am safe" and repeating it as I breathe deep and slow is really helpful.
But your mind is meant to wander. Recognizing this is great. When you become aware of it compliment yourself by saying something like "my mind is wandering. I gladly caught it" then gently guide yourself back to the meditation object.

Listening to the noises in the house (or wherever you are) is not bad while meditating, as long as you don't start "thinking" about what each of them could be. Paying full attention to what you feel, hear, smell, etc. is called mindfulness/grounding and it is a form of meditation, as long as you do not label anything and just witness it without thinking about it, or about anything for that matter. It is what Eckhart Tolle calls "presence without thought". Sounds a bit awkward but in my case, it works better than just sitting and trying to catch my thoughts.
That's what I had to add. Other than that, I completely agree with Shasha.

^^I was going to add that mindfulness meditation is great. It's exactly what you're talking about here. I'm glad you mentioned it. It's a great idea as she is already talking about being aware of things around her.

Ate a super clean high protein mini meal, drank 40 oz water, drank a cup of green tea kombucha, and have kept my vibration up. Today is already better. So grateful.

Feelin like a MF badass. I'm 142 lbs & held an avg power of 144 for 41 minutes. Dude, that's more than my weight in watts & max power (2 30 sec sprints) was 479? I just keep getting stronger each ride.
I thought perhaps, since I had taken a number of weeks off Spinning regularly, I had lost power. Turns out I'm just as strong as I was 2 years ago when my most impressive ride was holding an avg of 140 watts for 50 min.
Dayum, really feelin myself! Proud AF!!!

Took 15 min to meditate on removing abundance blockages. I feel calm and sure. Hoping for the best today and my plan is to just remain positive, eat clean, and hydrate optimally.

So far today I've eaten 3 eggs, 2 cups of power greens, tablespoon of shredded cheese, half medium avocado, and a tablespoon of avocado ranch.
60 oz water.

I need to self care like mad now Im back working, I stopped my SSRI 4 days ago and Im getting all kinds of withdrawal, like, when I get angry or sad or frustrated I get these brain zaps that knock me dizzy - but I cant afford to take anymore time off so just gonna rest up lots between shifts

^^Oh man, that's tough. I had to get weaned off Xanax and it took 2 months then the withdraw was hell on earth. It's so tough getting off meds for mental health. I can say this tho: a healthy diet can make a huge difference. You did mention you're tracking calories right? You can track your healthy foods to be sure you're getting all the nutrients you need.
I'm really sorry to hear about the brain zaps and dizziness. That's tough. I think I agree with your plan: rest will help.

yeah! I didnt track while I was away but have today, made myself eat healthy even though I just wanted pizza haha!

^^Seriously...way to go. It's hard to eat healthy when you're craving unhealthy. Well, I guess a super thin crust veggie pizza can be healthy, but you know what I mean.
I crave a Mexican burger once a week. Girl! So fuckin hard to not get one with the restaurant RIGHT next door LOL. I have my days tho for sure LOL.

8 hr shift today. Took my first break after an hr to meditate and clear negative energy. Pretty impressed with this session as my HR was very low. I feel calm and sure.

2.5 hrs on and I took a meditation break to clear negative energy. Man, I'm so relaxed today. During that meditation session my HR was as low as 43 bpm.
I don't know what to attribute it to, but it's so nice.

Man, this week has been so fucking tough. Sales are terrible, and I'm starting to feel hopeless. I'm engaging in a lot of self care and I'm still starting to get depressed. This is not good. I'm fighting as best I can tho.
I was so upset with yesterday because I was so good all day. No anger issues and I still couldn't make shit. My regs are letting me down. It all just feels so hopeless.
The saddest part is on my vacation I did so much self care and sales success strategizing which feels like a total waste of time as this week has been just horrific.
I watched The Secret last night, ate healthy, then fell asleep. I got 9 hrs sleep, but I'm just dreading the day. During my shower I thought of everything I have to be thankful for and engaged in what if up thoughts, like what if today's sales make up for the last 4 shifts. It's not helping. I can't give up...but I feel like I want to.
I fell asleep to abundance affirmations, slept 9 hrs, and have engaged in my healthy habits this AM...but nothing is helping me feel better. I'm even training indoor cycle 4 times a week which is supposed to help me feel better. GD...it's just not fair.
I'm on for my scheduled time, but I do not want to be here. I just want to go to sleep and wake up in a month when it's all better. Fuck...this just blows.

It's a contest and I'm going to need this thread very badly this week as I'm going to try my best to stream 6 days 6 hr shifts.
Starting the day off right: 9.5 hrs sleep, fell asleep to positive affirmations of wealth and abundance, had yummy coffee, 20 oz water, and had 3 oz salmon, 1 tablespoon avocado ranch dressing, half medium avocado, and 3 tablespoons vegan sauerkraut.
Also did a self hypnosis for sales success.

Man, I'm feeling much better. I took yesterday and today off despite my plan of streaming 6 days 6 hr shifts. I was feeling majorly burnt out. I ate super healthy Mon and hydrated fully plus watched documentaries about healing. Today I fed a pizza craving and had a chakra healing Reiki session performed. Dude, I was legit all fucked up.
She unblocked Root, Sacral, Heart, and Third Eye chakras and cleaned them up. I knew I was all fucked up cause last week was a MF struggle. Then she put up an abundance shield for me.
So weird and wonderful...I feel lighter and hopeful.
She suggested, since this is the second time my Root chakra was blocked, that I meditate barefoot by a tree while balancing my Root chakra. I'll be doing that daily. I've been having the most trouble with my Root chakra. Feeling insecure, worried about rent, obsessed with earning a certain amount, etc. It's just terrible. So I'll be working hard on keeping that chakra open.

I just purchased a Nightingale Conant Insiders Club subscription so I can fill my mind with good information. In addition to all the regular self care I do daily, my plan is to listen to information on self hypnosis, abundance, and sales tips every night for an hour.
Starting the day off well rested with 10 hrs sleep, three Cuties, 20 oz water, and a 20 min Ho'oponopono meditation session.
6 hr shift planned.
Intentions are to eat clean, drink a total of 80 oz water, meditate, and keep vibe up.

This is really good I do Ho'oponopono too it seems to help with overthinking. Eft tapping is good to do too. I saw your post about the root chakra and mine may be blocked too lol I listened to root chakra music as I slept last night. I want to blame the site for things but sometimes I think its the stressed energy I'm putting out and the constant looking at the numbers overthinking. Self-care is a must staying on top of it really does help with the flow of money I noticed. Seems like when I care less I make more.

I just also started to listen to the Abraham hicks abundance guided meditation in the morning then I do my regular meditation in the evening.
