Re: Filler for temple area
I haven’t heard of putting fillers in the temple area but you can make an appointment and see what the injector says about that area. I have put filler in the smile line area and for some reason I ended up with a huge bruise near my mouth. It was a big enough bruise where everyone thought that my boyfriend hit me! I was like no way! I actually ended up telling ppl that I got the bruise from the filler. The injector said that bad bruising does occur sometimes.
Re: Filler for temple area
^^ bruise from facial fillers = totally normal
Re: Filler for temple area
Expert on plastic surgery here. Yes I got my temples done. You can use any HA filler.
Re: Filler for temple area
I've had it done. Really liked the results, made my face look slightly fuller in a natural way.

They aren’t the best, but in my experience it’s safe and affordable. I’ve been meaning to post this info for awhile. I don’t know if they do temples. I’d call and ask.

^^^ yeah. I don’t ever want to look at another women and be like, “you should get Botox and fillers”. I get really excited about this stuff, so I’m glad to have an outlet. Also, so many girls have heard horror stories. I’ve never had any issues and don’t know any negative long term effects.
Re: Filler for temple area
The only long term effect I know of is that your skin can become “stretched out” from being filled over time until you need more filler to maintain fullness, or your skin becomes loose and can sag from your fillers. Saw it on Botched, the lady got a face lift from doing a lot of fillers over time.

PS won't admit to that. They'll just say it's from aging. -_- Such a business. It's why I've held off from fillers for a long time. I have thin fair skin and don't want to do to much to speed up aging. If I go the filler route again, I already know a good ps who puts in very little in specific areas that makes a big difference. Less is more, that's key.
I'm wondering if prp is any better than just filler....
Re: Filler for temple area
What’s a prp...
I think what I’m talking about only applies to filling your face A LOT and for a long time, like Kylie lips of the face.

I've only done filler 3 times in my life and I'm 40. First time I did it was 31 and it was bc I lost a lot of weight. Then spaced it up every year or two. No stretching, thank God. I guess bc I only did it 3 times and very spaced out time.
I won't do filler again. The pillow face look isn't cute and for the money spent on filler, I rather save that for a good procedure. I can't remember the last time I did it, honestly. I rather do a good endoscopic tightening with fat graft when the time comes. I'm doing the prp by the end of this month for the first time.
Re: Filler for temple area
you can choose temple fillers or dermal filler for overall rounder and softer appearance results in youthful and rested look. The effect of fillers will gradually decrease over the six months period. HA fillers are most used treatment for temples and PMMA fillers are also a permanent option up to five years.
