Pts Mens club garland/Dallas lawsuit
Hello, there’s a lawsuit being pushed against pts men’s club in the Dallas/garland area if you or someone you know has worked there within the last three years message me and I’ll give you the lawyers contact information.
Personally this club has gotten so out of hand in how they control and limit dancers. They won’t even let you bring outside food in. Multiple girls have had their food thrown away by the house mom. They keep increasing the leave early fee and find stupid reasons to charge girls money like chewing gum on the floor. This place is awful and I think this lawsuit is a long time coming.

Good lord. I never worked there and I’m glad I didn’t.
Re: Pts Mens club garland/Dallas lawsuit
I haven't been there in a minute! I'm very sorry to hear how they've started to treat the dancers. Yeesh throwing out food is over the top!

How inhumane and foolish. Are they also strict about maintaining weight?
Re: Pts Mens club garland/Dallas lawsuit
Apparently a blue member is taking it upon himself to attempt to dissuade OP from this lawsuit, via PM since they are not allowed to post here ::)
What she mentioned in her post is the tip of the iceberg as far as the club's policies. To answer lurkingtitties, YES, they are strict about maintaining weight, to the point that they are fining girls for being 'fat'. Sooo, apparently instead of just not hiring someone, or ending their contract, they start hitting them with this fee whenever the particular manager on duty feels like it. That's in addition to all the other fees. This club fines you if you breathe wrong, and they make up the amount of the fine on the spot. One night it's $40, the next it's $50.
The blue member is saying "Why should they let you bring in your own food? That takes away from their revenue." The owner obviously elected to open a BYOB club & to rely on opening a kitchen to replace the lost revenue. He is a fucking moron for thinking that would be an equal replacement. It is not the responsibility of your staff or contractors to remedy your poor business decision.
Furthermore, profit margins on food are... miniscule. Most restaurants run on somewhere between a 3-8% profit margin and that's WITH liquor. It is ludicrous to act like they make much more than a few bucks a day from dancer food orders.
FWIW, I have never heard of even an actual restaurant refusing to allow staff to bring their own lunch in, for Pete's sake. Ya know why? Because their business model doesn't rely on their employees to spend money... they *gasp* pay the people they rely on to exist!
This is not REALLY about the gum chewing or the food issues. It is obvious this is about control & micromanagement. IME, when a club is doing poorly in the financial section is when they start to nitpick at the girls & staff.
I don't think anyone who has sued a club had the end goal of becoming an employee. The point is that we want to be ICs, we pay dearly out the nose for it in both club fees & taxes, and we want club owners & managers to treat us as such. Let us come in, pay our house fee to 'rent' the space, and leave us to set our prices & behave/dress as we wish (barring obvious things like being too drunk, doing drugs, prostitution, etc.) That's it. It's not a hard concept. We are aware that we are 90% of the draw for customers and are sick of being treated like garbage when clubs are the ones that NEED us.
I bet $$$ if the owner of PT's apologized to the girls & ended all the ridiculous fees, the girls would drop the lawsuit. Simple as that.

I really truly don’t understand why we have blue members to begin with!

I do to some degree I guess but I think they should be unable to view the main forums at all. Let them have access to Customer Convo & the non-dancing related areas but they don't need to be reading Hustle Hut.
Re: Pts Mens club garland/Dallas lawsuit
Glad these people are getting what's coming to them. They were extremely rude to me years ago when I applied to dance there. I wasn't overweight at the time and they had girls heavier than me working there, but said I was too fat. I asked where exactly I need to lose weight from to be considered for hiring and right after they screamed at me to get the fuck out and not come back. All I did was ask a question. I thought that this was extremely unprofessional behavior even for a strip club. This was 5 years ago. Seems like I dodged a bullet as I have only ever heard negative things about the club since then.
