Re: How to drop a customer?
Look in your file of excuses and pull one out. You could get a pretend boyfriend all of a sudden and tell your customer he’s very possessive over you
Re: How to drop a customer?
‘’Come out’’ to him as a lesbian! Lol I do this all the time! Say you have a serious girlfriend and don’t want to be ‘’dishonest’’ to him anymore! You could also say you have a boyfriend who’s very possessive. Or say you have kids and want to focus more on your family...the list goes on, but make it clear that your unavailable and off the market. He will most likely lose interest and move on to another.

Genius!
You could even toss a 20 to a work friend and have her pretend to be very jealous, you have to follow her into dressing room to 'talk her down', etc. leave him bored at the table, come back out in tears (got onions?) and tell him how much you love her, etc., but it's a problem with her being jealous and you have to be careful, etc. (and truthfully I have seen this situation for real many times ha ha!)
You've made some great money off the guy, and a new car wow. Now it seems you're going to have to work pretty damned hard for it. And people try to tell us how easy our jobs are ;D
Re: How to drop a customer?
You are not the first dancer he’s done this to. He knows what’s coming. Tell the security at your club what’s going on just so they can be aware and keep an eye on things. Sell him the fantasy that he’s paying you for. Maybe he wants you to make excuses and maintain the fantasy of the unattainable woman. Maybe not. Either way he’s happy seeing you at the club and you’re making money. You could always just tell him you don’t feel comfortable outside of work, and you hope respects that, but you love seeing him there. We can set boundaries without losing customers.
Personally, I love the nights when I only have to talk to my regulars and nobody new, but if you want to get rid of him you can start introducing him to other girls. Someone will be happy to take him off your hands.

INHO you typed the perfect answer right before you asked the question. He told you to let him know if you don't share his feelings, so maybe you should just let him know. I like the idea of texting him so that he doesn't have to come to the club to hear it in person - and so that you don't have to be subjected to some uncomfortable emotional display.
The danger in using some excuse (boyfriend, lesbian, etc.) is that he may still find some way to harbor hope. Remember that this is an ugly old man who has already rationalized away the blatant absurdity of the situation in order to convince himself that he has a chance. The only way to be sure that the message sinks in is to be direct.

Maybe, maybe not. Buying a dancer a car is a pretty big step, on top of a grand a night--unless he's a multi-millionaire maybe.
Re: How to drop a customer?
I guess I’m on the opposite side of the spectrum because I don’t think you should drop him. You have him right where you want him. He has a gf fantasy which you are indulging. You are doing your job. How much was this car? My advice is find a girl you like at work. Have her join you guys and make him pay her too. She will break up the monotony and make it easier for you to deal with him. You will now have made a work partner who you can work with in the future and she can steer the convo away from him wanting to be with you.

1] Your safety always comes first, if you feel unsafe, get away
2] you are in this for the money, figuring out this balance is what you do.
If other than trying to meet OTC, he is not creepy, just get clear that you don't do that, and he will bail or not.
I mean, he will burn out eventually, make hay while the sun shines as they say
Re: How to drop a customer?
Thanks for all the replies. I know it’s been a while but i’m cackling at the replies. So here’s a few answers
1) He’s still around. Once i heard about the pandemic I immediately knew i had to keep this guy around. I met him outside of the club and he gave me $4000 at the beginning of the pandemic to help with bills. Once the club opened again in may, he came in and gave me another $4000.
2) He’s a civil engineer so i’m going to guess he’s pretty loaded.
3) He’s not coming in as much now because of covid and him being old and now he asks me weird shit like “Am i just a customer?” Because i won’t meet him anywhere but the club. I met him one time for him to give me money and he creeped me the fuck out so never again but hey it was 40 100 dollar bills in an envelope so i did what i had to do.
he’s pretty much a dud now, i’m currently working on manipulating him again long enough for him to give me another 4 grand then i’m Ghosting his ass for good.

Idk, I'm buying this story a lot less now but I'll respond as if it's real...
A civil engineer is lucky to make $150k per year, before taxes, and most make much less. He'd be lucky to be clearing $10k per month after tax withholdings. If he was paying you the kind of money you were talking about in the initial post, he must have been tapping his savings.
Might he be a dud now because he's tapped out? To be clear I'm the last guy on any site to criticize a girl for earning every dollar that she can from a guy. It's not your job to safeguard his wallet - it is his and nobody else's, especially in a strip club environment.
But keep in mind that even gentle seeming little old guys can become desperate and unpredictable when they've been busted out from a romance hustle. IMHO that last $4k might not be worth the drama it creates for you, especially if you wish to continue working in your local clubs.

Lol if you want the money to still come in you can say "I think you're so much fun and really want to get to know you more with more time with you in here so I can feel extra comfy with you." Milk that for a while until you reach your goal amount. Then after he catches on, he'll move on.
(I did this once when I was a baby stripper and it dawned on him finally and he started avoiding me when he'd come in)
-------------------------
But make sure you are careful with who you are dealing with. One got possessive and yelled at me in the club for doing other dances and making him wait because he was turning nuts/possessive telling me he loved me and all these things.
Re: How to drop a customer?
Chéri, if he's spending 1000$ on you every time he comes in, why not just keep leading him on? If he's a 65 year old man trying for a 23 year old Dancer then he's an idiot. He deserves what he gets.
Guy's probably married, anyways.
Re: How to drop a customer?

Re: How to drop a customer?
& i don’t know what a civil engineer makes i really don’t care i just assumed it was a lot with how much he was spending . he could’ve had money from other things .>:(
Re: How to drop a customer?
......you think i’d sit up and make up a whole story, type alllll that out for nothing? How incredibly rude to say. Im not that bored to sit up here and lie to a bunch of strangers . If you thought it was made up why are you replying ? What about it could be made up ? It’s not like i said i was making 10k a night lol. But honestly I couldnt care less if you “buy” it or not.
ya Obviouslyyyyyy he was tapping into his savings or maybe just maybe he had other sources of money ? get off my because i made way over 20 grand off this guy in the 12 months i talked to him lmao. I mean he’s a simple old man who doesn’t spend money on clothes so i’d say 150K a year for 30 years he has a lot of money.
LASTYLY Yes he’s a DUD bc he’s cheap as f*ck now. lol i said what i said ...i’m not saying he’s broke just stating he doesn’t spend as much . you must be fun at parties :lamp::lamp::lamp::lamp:
Re: How to drop a customer?
I don't think you're lying. But, frankly, I just think you should keep his delusion up. If he's not spending as much, just tell him you have another customer. Sooner or later they poop out. Just happens.
A 65 year old man? If it was a 23 year old man, I'd ask you to be more kind, even if you don't want him just let the dude down easy. I remember when I was 23, and I wasn't that smart then. But to be honest you'd probably like him a lot more than Grandpa over there. A 65 year old Man should know better.
Re: How to drop a customer?
Girl, do what the rest of us on here do, ignore the posters with a blue ribbon. They’re “customers” allegedly, and they think they know everything. It’s been a huge issue as of late.
Nonetheless, if he’s now a dud, stop paying attention to
Him. Hell either pay up or stop coming in since he’s not getting free attention.
Re: How to drop a customer?
Look, I'm not an expert at this. I don't understand why some people seem to think this is ironclad and set in stone. You did ask for advice and I offered some, to my ability. You don't have to take it. You're not going to break my heart any.
Re: How to drop a customer?
^I could be wrong but I think she was referring to the dude who said the OP was making the story up.
Re: How to drop a customer?
I wasn't referring to her. She just made me think.
Re: How to drop a customer?
And Giselebabby999 wasn't making the story up. That's idiotic. Why would she?
