I just got back after 4 months in Guam. One of the most positive and fun expereinces of my life and career. There is money to be made there. And it can be slow just like everyone else in the world. Our main clientele is military. There are also locals and japanese tourists.
Under other personal circumstances, I would be there right now. Unfortunately with COVID-19, my club closed down for the time being, so i figured it was time to come home.
Where I worked, the management and owner was amazing. I paid for my flight there, and they reimbursed me. They also paid for my flight home, on a days notice. These are some of the nicest staff I have ever worked w. I've never had bouncers in the USA who would protect us as much as they do at this club.
They pay $500 every 6 days. They set you up in dancer housing. They also take 50% of vip and drink sales. I've worked in the west coast of the states, and this is the place I made the most stage money. No house fee, only a small double digit tip out.
I was really frightened to go to Guam, considering all the research I've done on this site.
It's not for everyone. I've seen girls come and leave. Most of them have are not personable girls. They are i guess what you could call stuck up. They expect to make Vegas money as soon as you arrive, and that's not the case.
I dont know exactly when i'll be back, but it was an amazing experience.
Some days I complained about how much money i was not making.
But it was a very stress free enviornment.
You arent hustling or competing against 60+ dancers, the clubs are small.
There's somebody for everybody.
I'm back in the states rn, obvi dealing with the pandemic going on.
But to be honest, if I could be there right now , I would. Clubs are closing everywhere, including Guam,
But i'd rather be on an island w/ 80 degree weather everyday and the most beautiful peaceful beaches everywhere.
The cost of living is not necessarily low.
The cost of groceries is definently more.
No dollar tree, No target, No Sephora, None of your favorite shopping is probably there.
But you can always order online haha.
I really enjoyed my time in paradise and I wish to go back as soon as I can.
Even though I feel there is more money to be in the states admittingly, I came to realize happiness over money. I am so happy when I am in Guam. The dancers are all very nice, I made great friends out there.
It is a safe place. It is not overrun with drugs and violence, The police is not as sheisty as you might be led to believe.
Thanks for reading this
