Direct primary care clinics
$50/month (plus a $100 one time startup fee) and I get primary care doctor's visits (checkups) and small procedures/treatments taken care of. And discounts through their clinic if I need prescriptions or lab testing. It doesn't cover emergencies however.
Anyone have experience with them?

I have looked at a few but never pulled the trigger. It all comes down to whether it is worth the cost. That's $600 per year plus $100 upfront. Are you on any prescription meds? How often do you visit the doctor for routine stuff?
If you are on prescription meds or get routine checkups then it might be worth it, but most people your age don't visit doctors very often. Around here many young people use urgent care centers when they need an antibiotic or have some other issue and those visits are $120-130 a pop. Even if they have to go twice in one year, which is a lot for a 22 year old in good health, they are paying far less than $600 per year - the upfront fee alone is almost the cost of an urgent care visit.
Anyway just a few things to think about.

I have several health issues that may need prescriptions, the biggest one being chronic 3x a week (at least) migraines. (Been avoiding the doctor for like over a year now, I know that's so bad but I was trying to stabilize a situation I was in) Good point to make. (Also worth noting this clinic does 10% off if you pay annually up front. Not much of a savings, but still)
The clinic itself has great reviews on Google, several from women saying they never felt the doctor took their pain or concerns less seriously, (which is common for us) so I'm glad to see that.
Maybe I could pay for a month, take care of a physical/checkup and then go from there with deciding if I should continue or not depending on what they offer and what I need.
Thank you for your reply, has helped me make a decision for sure

Signing up for a telemedicine service is cheaper in the long run.
