No one really knows. You didn’t specifically say which cam your using. It could be any number of issues. You’re just gonna have to do trial and error and then come back and ask a more specific question in the camming section. No one can diagnose your computer. If it’s a new computer and new cam it should plug right in. Try looking through the manuals.
I deleted cos makes no sense now the post I was referring to has gone /thumbsup
Sorry man removed the link as it violates the advertising policy. Hope you figure out the camera, sometimes they are tricky.
Hey man I deleted that link for a reason. Post it again and you will get banned instantly.
Which camera? Do you know its specifications? Do you know which settings it is using to generate the video. What are the output specifications (1080p at 60fps? 4K at 30fps?)? Is the camera also housing your microphone, or is the microphone a separate device, with a separate connection?
How is it connected to the computer? If by one wire or by a set of wires, what kind of connection is it, and does it have its own special expansion card or module?
Which make and model of computer are you using? Which operating system are you running?
Are you able to see the video in a basic video display application, before it gets fed through the application that sends it out over the internet?
