You want a phone you aren't going to mind losing, because the device itself is a collection of evidence regarding your activities. Trust me, GV or not, we are getting what we want out of that phone if we find it and you aren't going to want to ditch a phone with your family photos on it, etc. Even if its all backed up to the cloud.
You want a burner phone, Trac, T-Mobil, I think are the best, and not one that has your name attached to it. You are going to want to open the account that pays for that phone with prepaid gift card [visa] that does NOT have your name attached to it.
Create separate email accounts for each of your contact points. Dancing contact points and info should never be shared with escorting contact points and info. Two separate bits of business.
The crime of solicitation requires TWO elements to be present. A sex act, and that doesn't have to be specific. In some states that can be any prurient act that is done with the express purpose of providing sexual gratification for another. So, take that into consideration some of you who dance and do the knee into the groin area thing. Will they prosecute you for it? Likely not. In those states that define solicitation that way could they? Oh yes they could. The other element is remuneration. Something of value exchanged. Usually money.
Remember, sex and money never get mentioned together. Ever.
If you don't know a lawyer who will take your phone call at 3am without a retainer, spend the money and have one on retainer that will. Its insurance.
BBBJ, $300 Roses, CFS, GFE, PSE. yadda-yadda, etc and so forth, never fooled anyone... not even the us cops. Hell, we know what it means... some of us were your best clients. [Give me a break, I am male and have two heads to deal with... YOU try walking around with more than one head trying to do the thinking for you, see how you like it. :D]
If you are doing in call, always use the better business class hotels. They are use to male foot traffic and aren't concerned about single males walking about the place at odd hours. Make sure your client's know to walk directly to the room, don't walk about looking lost, and contact YOU if they are, not asking questions of staff. Always try to get a room at the end of the hall, so that you can see whose coming to your door long before they reach it out of the peephole.
And speaking of staff, they know what you are doing. Trust me, they do. I was a hotel detective as a college kid in one of the best hotels in NYC long before I was a cop. I always knew who was escorting and what rooms they were in. You don't have to tip that guy, but do grease the hand of the desk managers some, and especially house keeping. They always know first, if just by the amount of towels you are using if nothing else.
If you get pinched, the only person you speak to is that lawyer we talked about earlier. I don't care what is promised, or insinuated, about how much better off you'll be if you talk. Don't talk.
I could go on but this could get long... if you have any questions you think I might be of help with PM me.
Why does a retired detective say what I am saying? Because this should all be legal. Keeping it illegal hurts people. It profits criminality. It causes corrupt government. If it was legal what time the police were involved in this would be devoted to protecting women who are being trafficked and children, forced to do things they do not wish to be involved in. Not consenting adults of sound mind making informed choices.
Men should never be telling women that they can't sell something they are legally allowed to give away for free. That is just stupid.
If a man loves his wife and she decided she was never going to cook for him again, and he had no desire to leave her because their relationship worked every other way, no one would persecute him for eating out. How is this any different?
But we live in a sex negative country, founded by religions zealots, who called themselves 'Puritans' [should have been the first clue] who have an enormous stick up their ass about sex. So, it is what it is... this will never be Canada, or any other country more sophisticated about sex than we are.
Anyway...
wishing well...
