Scouting clubs as a baby: WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR?
When scouting a location to start stripping, what should you look for or avoid? What questions should you be asking the girls there? What questions should you have for the manager when asking to get hired?
This is coming from a baby baby stripper, I’ll be looking to start at a club soon. Thank you so much!!!!

I always check out the reviews on tuscl.com. I try to avoid extras-heavy clubs, and that review site will tell you which ones those are. If I go to the club as a customer (which I did in the beginning but don't do anymore), I check out the vibe, if the club feels clean, what the customers are like, whether the girls resemble me physically, what they wear, how they dance, etc.

1) Observe how the bartenders and waitresses act. If you're under 21, bring an older friend who can order drinks and see how well the bartenders do mixed drinks and how they manage crowds. (Some strip bars in the US allow 18 year olds to dance but not drink.) FYI a lot of bartenders moonlight as bouncers, or are working their way up the management chain.
2) Do girls make money there? Most dancers are fairly honest about their earnings. Trust me, you can usually figure out who is exaggerating her earnings. Watch and see what the bouncers allow, and what is reprimanded.
3) Is it clean? (Like literally, clean restrooms, clean bar, does the manager make sure the wait staff cleans up at closing time...) If you're going to work there, you want it to be a nice environment to make money at.....

Somebody mentioned Tuscl, I also keep an eye on a site called UsaSexGuide. They have a Strip Club Reports section for major cities which is just one long forum post of the "mongers" discussing their visits to clubs. If a club gets mentioned in there regularly, be wary - not completely turned off, some of those guys frequent cleaner clubs but just know the few dirty dancers to see - but definitely make a note of that club being a possible extras heavy one.
Personally I don't like when girls come in and try to ask me for info - even if they're tipping or have already been hired as new dancers. I have had girls grill me intensely about what other clubs I work and how much $$ I make and it's rude.
If you are going to visit as a customer, just hang out for a few hours and observe what girls are busiest and what the customers are like. That should give you an idea of if the club is worth a shot or if you fit in.

tip a dancer really well to ask her questions, buy dances and watch how different girls dance, watch how they get their money offstage, what they do onstage, read reviews on google. all you really need is clear pleasers (45$)lingerie, and confidence! management is used to getting new dancers because everyone had to start sometime. they will explain everything to you about tip out, prices, etc once you are hired ;)
Re: Scouting clubs as a baby: WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR?
I wouldn’t bombard a dancer expecting to know everything from her advice cus everyone’s experience hustle etc is different. I’d probably do more observing than asking. but tipping 20s per question is a great way to get to know the girl and get some firsthand advice about the club. DO NOT go in tipping a dancer anything less to ask her questions it’s disrespectful and once you’re a dancer you’ll see how that type of shit is irritating haha

I think you should be careful talking to girls that work there. You might want to casually ask them more so as a customer. A lot of times they will see a new girl as competition & not say the truth. I've noticed that before.
