This is the site I recently signed up for after LCMS and Indiebill no longer became viable indie payment options. I think I first saw it suggested on the "Indiebill is closing" thread and otherwise haven't seen it mentioned here much. Would love to hear if anyone else has used them/what your experience has been like.
My ID and W9 are currently awaiting approval. Their tech support has been responsive and helpful when I've sent email inquiries; they also have a phone number for support which I have not used, but sounds like a plus (more communication options, especially in real time.) I already have indie clients lined up for Skype shows so I will report back how the process goes once I'm approved and my customers can send payments.
From what I can see on the dashboard admin, it looks organized and easy to use. You can set up customized payment options for various goods and services, view weekly and monthly earnings reports, link to Twitter, etc. They also have separate features for setting up Snapchat subscriptions and custom video orders.
More info: 85% payout. Payout options are weekly direct deposit, eCheck, or Paxum. Customer pays a $5 fee per transaction, and customers are limited to two $500 transactions per day/$1k a day max. Also, it appears that users/customers do not have to make an account in order to make a purchase, which I see as a plus (one less step for customers.)
