Re: Schedules for the Club
When I was at my previous club they also had a 2 day week minimum, one of those days being on a weekend with 24 hour notice.
They were not a super strict club and encouraged to set whatever schedule worked best, but once new management took over it became a mess.
Re: Schedules for the Club
My home club just has a “show up by this time if you want to leave by this time” policy. There is no designated “day shift only” girls—everyone who works day shift does so by choice. There is no schedule either, just work 3 shifts per month to stay on the roster.
It’s the same now as it was before the pandemic.
Re: Schedules for the Club
My club doesn't have shift minimums and you can come and go as you please, as long as your house fee is paid. I refuse to work anywhere where they schedule me, not only is it illegal but I have fibromyalgia and can't predict when I'll wake up in pain, and be able to work or not. (I don't mind shift minimums, so long as they're reasonable) So long as you work at least 1 day a month (negotiable if you need to take time off and talk with them beforehand), you can keep your contract. It's the same now, I think they are being extra lenient with the "1 shift a month" rule because of the pandemic (a lot of girls have not come back because they don't feel comfortable doing so)
