Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
Lately I've been all about 4 - Midnight. I know that 4-7 range is a little risky and I might not make anything but *sometimes* I do so I absorb the risk v.s. anxiety starting late. I get into anxious energy starting late. If I "wait " all day to get into the club I feel like it puts so much pressure on to stay late . If it's slow the first few hours I just do little tasks for my day job out of sight of customers from my phone .

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I used to be a night shift girl, but lately I've been working day shift. With things just opening back up and club hours going back to normal, we don't have many girls, things are relaxed, and I still make good money. I also get decent regulars.
I have been working days now that I've been back, but plan to work Saturday nights since those are always pretty good too. Working night shift tonight, too.

Good point - showing up super late and trying to cram $$$ into just a few hours from 10-2 can cause just as much anxiety as a slow dayshift!
So basically, when it comes to dayshift, YMMV.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
^ Anytime you are in a strip club it might be a great day OR a waste of time so I think the best time is really the easiest for you to spare!
I also feel like if you can even get house fee ( and if traveling your hotel for example ) covered from like 4-6:30 then you can at least start " even " and in profit making mode as it is picking up. Discretion is another reason I do a little earlier. It's a lot easier for security to " get to " someone trying to sneak taking picture early v.s. later . I have wished for phone checks the last two years only to sadly not see it happen at clubs.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I liked days when I had regulars lined up. When I didn't, I'd go in at night. The last half hour before closing was usually pretty lucrative. Funny how they seem to wait till the end to get dances because it finally dawns on them that nobody is going to leave the club/go home with them.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I remember this hot french girl who had the right proportions including in the booty department and she'd show up starting at 1-4am and just cleaned house and they'd keep the place open until she was done hahaha. She never was on schedule. She refused to date the owner unless it was 10k a month and required a car. Kinda infuriated me because I was the one doing more but she was a true saleswoman.
I think we all know men prefer night.

Isn't dayshift dependent on season? I remember several daytime girls telling me the start of football season is where business picks up. I also remember clocking in faithfully on Labor Day weekend since a lot of customers show up and spend and as well the start of stripper season.

YMMV but all I know is that I really had no trouble paying my bills at any time of the year, day or night shift
I fucking hated football nights, at one point I stopped working Monday & Thursday because I was sick of the kind of douchebags who watched it.

I remember working at a club that forced 1day shift . I would just sit there like a zombie.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
Certain clubs do have good day shift. Like you can establish a good regular during a day spot. But I'm more of a night owl. I have too much energy for day shift.
-
Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I've done both, but think nights are better. I don't have the patience for regulars and almost all of them gross me out/want more and more for less or the same $$$ over time. Day shift is mostly about regulars in most areas. Nights tend to be better if you wanna fast hustle and can't be effed with regulars bullshit. I have horrible anxiety, but a dead club trips me up a lot more than a club full of people.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I’ve only worked days cause when I was new to dancing at my first club the owner put me on 2 day shifts and weekend nights, I did it cause during week I’d go to school and had to get up early anyways but I’d never do days again, it is wayyyy too damn slow for me. I mean I used to usually make around 300-600ish but I’d at least double it on night shift and I’d do a lot of waiting around, I’d sit there way too long between customers and then have to talk for so long before getting rooms or dances but then again the lunch time guys can be good they come in knowing they want dances then leave, love it! I just like more volume and not much conversation
-
Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
Yeah, and it's really hard to keep up good energy and positivity when you've been waiting around for customers. The bad vibes that accumulate can make it harder to sell to customers who do show up.
I think relaxed strippers who enjoy that regular-heavy customer base can do well in many clubs, but that was just never me.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
Midshift.
Days means you have to be an aggressive hustler cause only a few customers come in and sometimes it would be a lot of girls/not enough customers.
By the time aggressive day girls left and before the wolf pack of night girls there is a sweet spot in the middle. Where you can get a head start by being in the middle and swinging into the night shift.
Downside if the night is it’s like a party with Mfs drinking, etc and there’s pressure to keep up the same party like energy when all you want to do is curl up in bed

Yep, mid shift is good I usually like to start at about 8 so I make a few hundred before everyone shows up usually then stay all night. The other downside to nights is dealing w some people who r there just to drink n kick it I like when they came to the club knowing they want dances or rooms.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I prefer day shift/mid shift but I have a lot of regular customers. I like the luxury of working as long as I want. I’ve gone in around 8 pm and had slow nights.. then it’s time to go home at 2am. I kinda like having the option to work longer. But yes, day shift usually requires more talking/building relationships

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
^^ I hate most regulars they always end up pushing for too much when they have been seeing me n spending for a while… all regulars end up this way for me oh and they all feel they should have my #, idk what I’m doing wrong cause some girls have great regulars

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
^^^^Yes they are pretty big on getting the dancers phone numbers. There’sa few I have known for years and in those cases, I’m ok with giving it to them. (5+ years) Anyone else I usually just give my email to. I can’t have random guys texting my phone at random hours. Lol. And yes they usually push for as much as they can get before you say no. There’s such a big issue in my city with the dreaded “ do you meet customers outside?”. It’s super annoying. In that situation I will just hang with them for a few weeks-months before I cut them off. I can definitely understand why people prefer night shift. I have a lot of fun at night and I like the atmosphere better. On occasion I stay late or go in at 9-10 pm just Cuz I’m tired of sitting at home, just for the hell of it. I usually have a pretty good time.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I work day shift and don't rely on regulars, but it could just be my area. I usually give them my dancer IG/Snap where I post to my story whenever I am working. You can also get a Google Voice or Textnow number (free apps that won't reveal your real phone number) I do that and put it on mute outside of work hours. I also will use the block button if any of them are annoying me. I do this for custies who spend $300 or more consistently. Many of them I have converted to Onlyfans too.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
At a major club such as a Larry flynts Hustlers, Scarlett's & etc. I would only work a day shift on the weekends because I'm not a party girl and the quality is better than weekend nights. I love weekday nights especially Mondays!!! I've made 500+ easily on Monday nights but struggling to make 300 on Saturdays. Quality vs quantity and less bullsh!t too.

This is so encouraging! I really really don't want to work Friday and Saturday nights (my club is open til 4 am on those nights) and I'm just not a super late night owl type. It's so encouraging to hear that you're successful on weeknights!

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I used to tell my dayshift regulars that the earlier they came in, the better because then they could get my full-on attention and I wouldn't be stretched thin by other customers. It worked lol. Then by the time the after work crowd showed up I'd be happy because by than I'd already made a few hundred.

Re: Do you prefer dayshift or nightshift and why?
I have way different opinions depending. In my home club in Colorado, I love dayshift with the low $ for tip out. And seeing the same customers over again can be a positive as long as you vibe with them. And if I am feeling extra ambitious, well I’m already at the club and can stay later if I want. I started doing dayshift at that club mostly because my sleep schedule was easier to deal with when I had another vanilla job, but now I just simply like that shift more.
