I feel like during my work week, my body holds on to all my poop. Maybe due to stress or I just accidentally train it that I can’t run to the bathroom, so it stops it all up. Sometimes I’ll go all week and realize I haven’t pooped at all and I’m super bloated. Then I wake up the morning of my first day off and it’s like the kraken is unleashed lol
I get this problem during vacations. Now I always get some slimming tea with me and drink in the morning, or in the evening and by the next day is always helping me. I try to stay away from laxatives and pills. Slimming teas that contain senna and elderberry are guaranteed to release the kraken :)))
The problem is that... it does release the kraken... properly. Like, in that moment. With cramps and everything, lol. So you gotta be careful and plan ahead when to drink it. They usually take effect 6-8 hours after being drank, or after you eat. But they are goooood, ahhh!!! ;D;D;D
I'm on the toilet right now. I am the only one in the house that goes through air freshener spray like candy. LOLLLLLL!!! I'm trying to breathe right now.
Thank god I bring spray to my hotels or people would be leaving LOL.

Yes, be very careful with the ones that contain senna. It can be tough to time those. Definitely best taken before bed. You can literally shit yourself with those teas even when used as directed - you do NOT want to be caught running errands or on a walk when the moment hits. For real.
This is best taken at night, bc it makes you a bit sleepy. Before bed. But magnesium is the best. Great for hormone balance, sleep, and pooping. Lol.
I drink dandelion tea on my off days. It's good for pooping. Cleans liver and kidneys too. Good for the drinkers. Make sure you drink lots of water after to avoid dehydration.
True, omg. I haven't drank for a couple of months, since I have eaten foods that contain chia and flaxseed and helped me. OMG I just realized that those are also useful hahahaha!
Now, when I'll go in my next vacation, I will start drinking 3-4 days before, to train my body for fixed hours. If I drink it before bed, I am good in the morning. Just as you said... It's crazy effective and not in the best way hahahaha!! I do have days, when I am doing a 1-2 weeks cure, that I am literally being woke up from my sleep, by huge cramps and during those 10 steps from bed to bathroom... maaaan!!!... :))))

I think of Elvis Presley's death if I push too hard on the toilet ending up with a heart attack and so I try to think of calming things so none of ya'll get a report of me dead on a toilet or that weightlifter with a prolapsed rectum just from lifting requiring surgery from all the stress. UGHHH scares me!

I get issues as well especially the last week leading up to a competition due to water depletion. It’s like I’m having a constant constipation.
