I had one of those salad poo's and brought my laptop with me. It was a GLORIOUS cleansing. I was straining at like 2-3am, decided to stop, and then it hit like a bomb around 8am. It felt like "I release you demon!!" #Proud #Poopbusters
“Having a shit” is too boring and unimaginative, so I’ve decided I’ll appropriate something from my coworkers. I’m just having a difficult time deciding if I’ll be “pushing turds” or if I’ll be “spawning/summoning/invoking/conjuring a fudge demon”.
I hate when the poop doesn’t go neatly in the hole down the toilet drain.
The worst is when it smears on the sides of the toilet bowl that the flushing water doesn’t reach forcing you to either mass flush numerous times or use a toilet scrubbing brush
Dang, it sounds like I'm having the opposite problem of everybody else. I'm on iron pills because of anemia and I have to poop so bad but barely anything comes out. I sit there for like 30 minutes trying to poo, only for a little turtle to plop out into the great white pond.
I’ve had that. I’ve also had a rather odd one where I had that “bowels in a knot” feeling, and when I finally made it to a toilet, it just like blasted out.
I’ve had… not the same thing, but similar where I’ve put time and effort into it only to eject this popcorn shrimp sized turd. Really made me feel cheated.
Just realized a weird pooping moment when your anus contracts and a large firm turd just shoots out like a torpedo or something.

I pooped my soul out tonight. I breathed deeply and moaned. I’m not sure I have passed that satan 100%….thank god for Lysol.

As for a softer stool, drink plenty of water throughout the day and increase your fiber intake. Exercise on a daily basis helps move the stool as well.

I decided I didn't care. I had gone to the bathroom for 4 false alarms before that, and if the poop was gonna come out this time, I was taking the opportunity.
They left pretty quickly after I pushed the first one out.
Good. I'm not gonna feel bad for using the bathroom for intended purposes and stinking you out. Why the fuck would you choose this location for a serious work conversation anyway? I understand it's loud in a lot of places inside, but damn. Pick another spot.
There's a trend on TikTok called the "internal shower" which is 2 tbsp of chia seeds in a glass of water with a squeeze of lemon. You're supposed to wait 15 mins for the chia seeds to gel up and then down it as quickly as you can. I tried it and it worked amazingly! I got results within 20 mins. I always get constipated when I travel so I'm excited to give this a try the next time I go on a trip.
Coffee, a couple segments of fresh grapefruit..drink some water to wash the acidity
+ it can be used as a diet :)
Shitting while on period, ugh, i always half push out the tampon. Makes me want to wait until i need to change it to save the bother of changing a dry one or pushing it back up, but period shits wont wait ya know?
Anyone know how to ease the feeling of being bloated but solid full of period shits at the same time? I went for a walk and it released some gas. I think after the third poop of the day I'm finally empty. My trousers went from tight to loose since this morning LOL.

When don’t realize you’re backed up until you one day poop out a massive log and several mini logs then walk out feeling 10 lbs lighter
Eating pears or drinking apple juice seem to be really good at relieving constipation.
I attribute good poops to kombucha, probiotics, kimchi and lots of fibre!
Geez did you ever have the poop that just keeps going and going? I just had one yesterday. I think I lost 15 lb.
