Yesterday I did 1 hour on the spinning bike again.
Today I continued with Day 4 of the Epic program. It was amazing!! It worked every inch of my body! I am starting to need to increase the weights because I did huff and puff, I did sweat buckets, but I wasn't that exhausted anymore, despite burning 500 calories.
Anyway, I am pleased with it. I am not happy it took me 2 weeks to finish a week, but I did do workout on my spinning bike too, so that counts.

Last day of week 1 tomorow, it's HIIT time. Not looking forward. I will continue right with Day 6, aka week 2, I am not taking a rest day yet.
