I shouldn't have clicked into this hahahaha. That is terrifying.
Thought I was gonna be toothless, had a brain tumor, ear tumor, going to lose a few fingers, my pinky toe within the past few months because I'm a worrier and live with hydrogen peroxide on my dresser and band aids..
That poor woman must be horrified!
Scary as hell..
Keep that ointment on there constantly. It will reduce the scarring a lot. I had a really large mole removed and was told it would leave a scar but to keep it moist with the ointment and covered at all times. After a year now I can barely see where it used to be, and it was pretty big.
FWIW a lot of salons will let you store your own set of pedicure tools on site if you go there for pedicures often.
Yes, true, but you always have germs on your skin..an open cut, even tiny, that's an entrance right there.
I had an ulcer removed from my ankle, (nothing to do w/a salon, but it started as an itch I scratched) I'm not diabetic & never had anything like that before..
Also, she had a condition w/her arteries.
This's the 1st I've heard of this, but I have heard of ladies getting a chronic fungus infection from salons.
