Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
I know this is ridiculously random, but i had a good laugh this morning realizing how ironic it is that my everyday clothes are more modest than the average person’s (in North America at least.) ;D i just love feeling like a princess in long flowy dresses and always prefered feeling covered, not having to shift my clothes every minute. So fucking annoying. Then at might i work in a full nude club lol
anyone else relate?

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
Yes, I'm stuck in the heat but I prefer winter clothing when I can wear long trench-length coats & boots. I wear pants year-round too even if it's 110*. Shorts are just getting TOO short these days, my ass does not get to be visible for free.
The only really revealing item I have is a vent-back tank top. It shows 6/8 of my tattoos which I like.
I always thought it was funny to see strippers leaving/coming in wearing sweatpants, hoodies & Uggs. Like, literally everything covered.

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
Yes, i dress very modestly. I tend to wear more fitted stuff when I'm out (not tight, just fitted), but all skin covered. I've really gotten into mock necks, turtlenecks, crew necks, etc. recently. I turn red when i talk to people, so the higher neck hides all of that.
At home, i love wearing super cozy, loose clothing.
I actually have sensory issues with a lot of clothing. I can't stand bras, so at my vanilla job, I'm always wearing sports bras with moulded cups. I wear a lot of athleticwear that looks a bit more professional while still being very comfortable.

charlie, about athletic wear - I know it's made of the fabric that is activity-friendly. Is it better in this relation than some fitting clothes of usual material? I ask because I was thinking about replacing my tight fitting clothes with some athletic wear.

Yes, i find that it breathes better and keeps that smooth / silky feel for much longer than many other fabrics. But of course, it depends where you buy from. I have a lot of clothes from lululemon because that brand fits me like it was tailored for me (however it fits the model and is described, that's how it'll fit on me). They're a bit expensive, but they're also an ethical brand. Definitely recommend trying stuff on in the store.
A lot of athleticwear feels nice on the skin and will hold up well - but if you're looking for more tailored stuff with a touch of fashion, you'll end up paying a bit more (e.g. lululemon, athleta, et al.).

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
Yes. My normal daily wear is a pinafore, a line, or similar dress. Aside from my work uniform. I also normally wear a head covering (typically a bandana or headscarf). Forces of habit I never really shook off from my upbringing.

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
Yes. I usually wear yoga pants, leggings, sweats. The only hoochie things I wear are my 80s inspired black dolphin shorts with white trim, or my denim cutoffs. I haven't worn jeans in two years lol

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
I dress like a Sunday school teacher. In my stripper prime I dressed like a crust punk that rolled out of bed, or a businesswoman. No in between.

I’m transforming my wardrobe to little/no jeans. It’s too hot for that in the summer and they take forever to dry (no washer/dryer).

I don't strip but I do sell virtual pussy. Before I was a paid hoe, I used to show some skin but now I'm always covered up. There are couple reasons for this, I don't want to show shit for free, lol. I just can't explain it but I hate showing any skin when I'm not hoeing. I feel so much more relaxed and comfortable when I'm all covered up.

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
i like to flirt with low and loose necklines and wear cute harness bras or fun necklaces but id call my wardrobe still very grungy or " PNW chic " with flannels being a must for everyone.

Charli I have very bad sensory issues with clothing as well. Lululemon I live in but there is one thing, with the leggings the side with the built in pocket itches like crazy from all the stitching have you found this to happen as well? Do you know if any of the leggings don't have the pocket? They would be perfect without it.

Oh, man, i think i do know what you mean. I'm currently really into their leggings that are brushed on the inside for softness... have you tried any like that?

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
Interesting thread.Actually, I don't dress modesty despite not showing skin. Let me explain, I wear clothes to have people mainly men stay away.Because I don't have time to "lagged about with them." I am just trying to go locations and get out. I just don't have time at this point in my life. Sometimes, guys might say my shirts or purses are cool but I found that certain clothes cut out a lot of lame hit-on and small talk attempts.
Of course, I dress differently if I am looking for a sugar daddy or something. But, I wear head to toe all-black or other dark colors.Often, I wear steel toe boots.Sometimes, I wear leopard-print leggings. I have studded black purses and Mars Attack purses. However, let me talk about my tops.I wear horror and sci-fi tops that can be terrifying to some. For example, I wear giallo-inspired shirts because it pleases me but they also keep the guys away. Or wearing an Vampriella shirt where she's sitting on an throne of skulls.Win-Win for me.

YASSSSS Girl!! This is so me. I cannot even eat an ice cream on a cone in public anymore. I noticed too many men watching me and realized I was giving a free show so now I always order it in the bowl!

Re: Anyone else dress modestly outside of stripping?
While stripping it made me more slutty lol. Now I'm really feeling the princess vibe OP mentioned. I still want one be glam but more elegant. Its a good idea bc as i age my dress sense needs to evolve i think. Special occasion going out for cocktails I'll get my slutty dresses out again }:D
