Bought a pack of smokes ... The woman who I bought them from I later married and we have been together for the last 20yrs - so this is the best thing I have done with my money .
I have done the house deal invested and all the rest but by far the most simple of all transactions turned out to be the most beneficial . ;) Oh btw smokes were under a buck then .99C .
Purchased alot of land.
Got a good Divorce Attorney.
I stopped looking at money as dollar amounts a long time ago. I just look at it as ability.
I paid off NINE GRAND worth of student loans - in the first two months of dancing!
Paris I am familiar with your story. I am currently paying off huge debt from my divorce. I am also returning to college this fall for a Paramedics degree. I should have went back to stripping a long time ago, but oh well. I back now, and digging my way out of debt! Also I ahve done some small home improvement jobs, and I was able to keep my beautiful pick-up truck from the divorce!
Financial independence. An education. Confidence that I will be able to get through anything.
bought a house, own a car, have enough left over to blow off work whenever i feel.
Hmm...paid of three credit cards that had been charged off, as well as some other debts...paid off a used car (the first one i ever financed), paid for my first year of grad school....those are probably the best uses of the money i made when dancing.
With the $$ I earned dancing I have paid tuition to get my bachelor's degree and living costs while going to school, opened a Roth IRA, and bought myself reliable cars. Now I am saving up for a house, but the BEST thing I've done with my money...
has been to get plastic surgery because my income increased dramatically afterward and I really DO believe people treat you differently based on how you look. Of all the things I've done with my money, this has affected my life in the most positive way.
