Greed is an ugly thing. After donating 17 million to churches I figure he was doing his part to donate to his other favorite house of worship and that's the way he was treated. I sure wish he was hanging around my place instead of where he was :-/ .
yeah thats is bad but what i think is the guy dont need the money any ways hes already a mill. to begin with. shit give it to some one who really eeds it not a damn church. give it to a 3rd world country with all the lil starving kids, selfish bastard!
I know what you mean, eyez....If you look at some church with all their gold plated everything and millions invested in building extragavant designs with stain glassed windows, etc, etc...meanwhile there are people starving right outside...i dont get it..
Hey you know what? Any guy who goes into a strip club with over half a million $$$ in cash in his truck and leaves the truck idling in the parking lot, DESERVES to be robbed! What an asshole.
All I can say is that THAT is the kind of runned down one horse town I am stuck in. :-(
Tho I live in PA, I dance in WV, a couple hours north of that place. You'd be suprised how many customers here don't even have credit cards or bank accounts.

Uh, pardon me for asking, but who commited the crime here? Since when does being obscenely rich or incredibly stupid make one "selfish" or "an asshole" or worse yet make them DESERVE to be the victim of a criminal act?
I do remind everyone that the guy was DRUGGED, and while I can't condone his lack of common sense (particularly taking the dancer who assisted the manager in the crime out to his SUV and actually showing her the money in the briefcase...DUH), he was apparently known to be a good tipping regular at this particular club. Is that how you ladies would want to have one of your regulars treated after he had spent all that money on you? Didn't think so.
Not very good business either, as I'm sure this guy won't ever be going back to that club, nor will a lot of other customers who are figuring that they don't want to spend money in a place that treats their best customers like shit. Because of the selfishness of these two imbeciles (who are now looking at up to 18 years apiece in the pokey), not only the owner, but a lot of innocent dancers and staff at that club are probably looking at losing a lot of money as clientele avoid the place like the plague.
This incident just reinforces the stereotype about strip club operators and the women who work in them being immoral and conniving theives. Not a good example set for those of you who've worked long and hard at being honest, considerate, and thankful for the business you get.
Any decent person should be nothing short of appalled by what these two did. While I, having been treated right by most dancers over the years, hold no grudge towards the few who haven't, I can now see why some guys look at the entire dancer race with such outright contempt.
NOBODY deserves to be robbed. Nobody. >:(
Thank you Catfish!
Maybe its my midwestern upbringing, but I do not understand the logic of some of the others who posted comments about this. There is NOT any reason to commit this type of crime.
Of course the guy shouldn't have been robbed. Of course the robbers were wrong. Of course they should be punished accordingly. Of course I don't treat people that way. Of course it's bad for business. OF COURSE I don't condone the dancer's and manager's behaviour. I was just trying to make the point that the guy was INCREDIBLY stupid to open himself up like that - talk about letting his ego trip get the best of him! What the hell did he think he would accomplish....get the dancer so hot and bothered about all that cash that she'd do him right there in the parking lot? DUH!!! NOT. Reality please....
I'm with Bridgette, it's a corrupt world out there and anyone who is stupid enough to leave a half a million dollars in a running vehicle, honestly should expect to have it robbed!! It doesn't matter what one had donated to in the past, that's what f***ing banks are for.... Even in a safe under your bed is less foolish!!!
Okaaaay, I may be way out of line here.....but. This guy(Club Owner) has no idea how much he has hurt the business with this little stunt in my opinion. I do believe there will be a domino effect from this crime.
1.) Now that this has happened the patrons that have a lot of money or who have recently come into a lot of money will now be more cautious and conservative and tighten up there wallets or bring less cash to the clubs. Less cash coming into the club means the club owner does not make enough money to cover expenses and have a profit.
2.) When the guys tighten up the wallets that means less lapdances, less tips, and less drinks for the House. So now this effect trickles down to the dancers and the waitresses and bartenders
3.) When the wallets tighten up then the customer does not have as much fun with the dancers because if a customer is not spending money and is nursing the same beer for an hour he eventually gets bored and leaves.
I'm just a customer myself and have no direct link to the business so this is just my opinion but I would like to hear any comments on what I just expressed.....Good or Bad. Thank you
BB
I agree leaving that much cash in a car is a really foolish thing to do, in todays society. He may not be the brightest bulb in the lamp. But it is a sad statement that we can't leave thing in our car without fear of being robbed! I also refer to post by ladies in some cities who leave the glove box and console open, so they don't get broken in to.
Right on!!IT's hard enough doing what we do, without this twosome setting a bad exampleQuote:

This customer may not have been as stupid as everyone is saying anyway. How many guys who are regulars at your clubs consider their strip club friends second only to family (if they have a family)??
This guy may have been naive in thinking that the people at "his" favorite club were also his good friends. That good friends don't drug and rob each other.
This might be especially true if he had been a good customer in the past and everyone treated him well because of that fact.
Not only did the duo commit a terrible crime, but they ruined what one person on this earth thought was an honest relationship. He will probably never trust anyone again that he considers friends, and become just another jaded, angry American.
Just a theory...
Fabulous post Paris.
it still pisses me off that he couldnt use that money for a good reason(3 worls contry) insted of useing on a damn church! do they really need it? i think the kids could use it more but hell maybe im wrong. and the thing with the car any one that is dumb enough to leave money in the car is askin to be robed thats what banks are for!!! ahh yeah lets think about it...
