Re: Getting into Character
I have never had a stage name nor got into character.
Re: Getting into Character
I used my own name, Pamela. Went by Pamela Pauline (middle name), at times. Getting into character, yes. I am not who i am in a club. Can't be. One is fantasy, one is reality for me.
Re: Getting into Character
No one behaves the way they would working as a stripper all the time. It just doesn't happen. Just like you don't behave at the office the same way you would when you're out on the town with your friends, we get into a different mode when we're at work. At first it's a little difficult until you find your 'stripper self', but after a while it's just like walking through a timewarp or something when you walk into the club. Stripper mode comes on, personal mode goes off. It's not like dungeons and dragons though LOL! It's just that all people behave differently and reveal different versions of our personalities depending on the situation we're in. Strippers are no different. I don't know where people get this crazy idea that strippers go into some 'non-human' form when they go to work.
