Dancing Transition
Im new... and ive read thought this site...extremely helpful!, but I have one question. How do you make the transition from standing to doing floor work (on my back etc.) gracefully? Right now all I can do is this squatting move but its not very sexy ;) . Any tips?

Experiment at home. Slow moves work better. Put your hands on the floor somehow to bear your weight, and ease into it it.

Re: Dancing Transition
I've found three tried-and-true ways, not all of which work for EVERY girl. First, if you can lower yourself with a split, then all the better. (If you can't split all the way -- and not everyone can -- then split half way and "catch" the floor with your palms, then lean forward and lower yourself sorta like a reverse push-up.)
Second, use the pole. The best way, although it takes a little practice, is to lean against the pole, then grab the pole with one hand over your head, slowly kick one leg out, and "slide" your other leg out (letting your hand slide down the pole, but bracing yourself). The other way with the pole is to wrap yourself around it one way or another (front, back, or I've even seen another girl do it upside down) and slide down the pole that way.
Third, "bend at the waist". You can do this one of two ways. First, turn your back to a particular customer then bend at the waist as if you're trying to look at him between your legs. (This works either with your legs spread or together, if you're VERY flexible.) From there, lay your palms and then forearms on the stage and slide forward. You can also do this FACING a particular customer, but you have to remember to give yourself plenty of stage room.

Re: Dancing Transition
I have my own weird way of dong it. You know when you're standing with your feet like hip width apart and you're doing the back and forth hip thing? Well as I go back with my hip I turn my right leg so the knee is facing my left foot and I bend my knee until I'm on the ground kneeling. I know it sounds weird, but stand up and try it (and if it's not working move your feet farther apart). From there, you can do kneeling body waves, or just sort of roll over onto your stomach, or sit up and move your feet to the side so that when you sit back down you land on your ass and just lean back (and do something artsy with your feet) to be on your back.
I'll often do the kneel down thing towards the back of the stage, do a little sexy body wave or back bend, and then crawl towards the audience...
Or there's the pole stuff.
