that's the point i was making. there is no way you can prove that "you" are who you say you are with the credentials you present. see? how do we know you aren't some shmuck that grabbed any old attorney's name from the GA bar directory? so far, you've only admitted your first name anyway.
in checking your profile and seeing that you have an email address of
[email protected], we can ASSUME your last name is Clune (although there is no website of
www.ufcwlegal.com, and the email address you give in your profile here is different from the one listed in the GA bar directory... which is interesting in itself and doesn't do much for your credibility).
anyone that uses the advice of someone who they can't even verify is an attorney at all much less the extent of their experience and credentials deserves what they get... i seriously doubt anyone here would be adverse to possibly lose the few bucks it may cost to ask a question of someone they KNOW is an attorney.
besides, if you really were an attorney, you'd know that most give some advice or answer a question for free in order to convince you they know what they're talking about so they can get your business (or in order to decide whether or not they WANT your business). there's also plenty of free legal aid services available from actual attorneys with credentials and experience for those that can't pay for services... although admittedly, a person would probably get better service from someone they paid, it's still far much more intelligent to use a free legal aid service then ask the advice from someone on a non-legal aid forum that has no way to prove that they even are an attorney and who hasn't even offered up any legitimate info to back up that claim.
well, you deal with union employees yet dancers generally aren't employees, and the small percentage that are aren't unionized. not to get down on you, but when it comes to my business, i'll get my legal advice from someone who's had a LOT more experience then your alleged 1.5 years that has a solid track record. maybe it's good training for you, but i'm not going to put my business and my future in jeopardy to be a guinea pig for some unknown behind a forum ID.
a football forum has nothing to do with a law firm. this firm you named (Hipple, Gagliano, Ware and Peete, LLC) apparently doesn't even exist on the web, and as far as i can tell, has no connection to this football forum you mention... so what in the world does this have to do with your alleged resume? if you have an actual background as an attorney capable of giving pertinent advice here, then give access to it... geez, does that even need to be said?
already you've given us enough reason not to trust your advice since you haven't sufficiently identified yourself or given any information that could possibly establish that you are who you say. any attorney worth their salt would make sure they were, at the very LEAST, identifiable.
here's a fun example:
i'm Karen Beyers, a criminal attorney in GA since 1992... you can look me up at gabar.org to verify that i am who i say i am. except i'm NOT Karen Beyers, and i'm NOT an attorney. i just pulled any old name out of the GA bar directory, and claimed i'm her... took all of 30 seconds. ::)
