Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Hey all,
The "Weirdest Request" post made me think, what's the weirdest (or best (could be money)) gift that you have recieved from a customer. My weirdest (and it's pretty bizzare) were 3 squashes (the vegetables... not that they were'nt ripe and everything, I just don't like squash). My best was when a customer bought all my college books for the semester for me, or when another bought me "The Eminem Show" (I love Eminem!). Just curious :)

My best gifts ever are from two of my artist regulars. One of them draws Hentai and the other draws sexy cartoonish pictures in pen. Both of them do beautiful work which really makes my week so much fun. I'll ask them for permission to scan the pictures and upload them here.
So, if there are any more good artist out there that want to trade a free show for some artwork, let me know ASAP or come down during the weekday. Remember, the Lusty Lady San Francisco closes on the first week on May 2003.

Best -
2 round-trip air tickets for myself and my kid
These made it possible for me to move to another country and be with my sweetheart.

This may sound odd since i said i don't accept gifts from customers. (but he is actually a cutomer too now). I know a guy longer than stripping, he is a very good friend as well as being a top notch paying customer now. He has posted here a few times.
My mercedes is dark maroon, hate the colour. He had it painted black for my B-day!
Thanks Callguy..Love ya!
Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
We have a guy that comes in. I believe he is homeless. How he has money for the cover charge is beyond me but I am pretty sure he gets some sort of assistance. Anyway, the club doesn't mind him because he will buy drinks and sometimes tips the dancers on stage too. He has never caused a problem. Anyway, every now and again he will give me a little stone. He always knows what kind of rock it is and he tells me about what kind of energies they have etc. These are just things he find outside. I always throw them in my purse and I know I still have them all somewhere. I think of them as my good luck stones for the night. He doesn't come on here of course but Thanks Paul!
Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
I had a regular customer that I had to cut loose becauseI was feeling guilty. He had sort of a "Forest Gump" mentality.
He was probably in his late-thirties and still lived w/ his parents. Christmas came around and he said I could have anything I wanted. I chose...a vacuum cleaner!!
His mother made beautiful jewelry from semi-precious stones, so he was always giving me jewelry as well.
He gave me his phone# and I called him one day and got his Mom on the phone. She was so nice and said that she had heard so much about me and what a nice person I was and how he adored me.
I couldn't take it. I cut him loose and left the club shortly after that.
That vacuum rocked!!! :)
Cheers,
Corey

Weirdest would have been the "message," written on a napkin, that I had been chosen to survive the end of the world and it was important that i go to this website to survive, with weird symbols all around it.
Best... I had a customer I used to talk about computers with. We would always talk about how/what we were going to do to update ours. So a few days before my birthday he comes in and says he got some stuff for my computer and he doesn't want to bring it in the club cause he knew it would be stolen, could he give it to one of the bouncers to put it in my car? So a bouncer goes out with him and they put all the stuff in the bouncers car and at the end of the night I almost forgot it, but the bouncer remembered. I open the back seat to the bouncers car and there's a brand new color printer, digital camera, 40 gig hard drive, dvd, a couple sticks of memory, office 2k, win 98se, adobe photo shop... it was like christmas! And he didn't even care that he wasn't there when I got it! I eventually had to cut him loose tho... he was very depressed, suicidal off and on, and wanted me to be at the center of his universe.

Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Probably the weirdest gift was a bag of groceries. I used to be really thin so maybe he thought I didn't eat. Actually he was a really nice customer who thought I should take better care of myself. So maybe it is the best gift too :)
Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Hmmm....this thread makes me wonder something. Are customers who give gifts "centered" around you? Is this what makes them give you gifts?
Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Best Gift- a platnium Omega with slide- one of my friends RIL gave it to me before he left town, I kept him company alot while she made him wait for her, he was really infatuated with her and would wait 2 hours sometimes just to talk to her for 10 min.
He gave it as a thankyou gift as I helped him put their relationship in perspective. He was a sweet ,bookish lawyer in his early 40's, divorcesed less than 5 years with a son under 10- you get the picture....
I was really touched that he thought that much of me. This necklace is still, years later, my favorite one, it could not have been any more perfect if I had picked it myself. It was amazingly thoughtful of him .

Wow, thats actually very sweet!!!
Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Hmm. Weirdest gift was a green carnation. all wrapped up and dyed - it was odd, but I graciously accepted it & said thank you.
Best - shopping spree at Prada & Gucci, and a first-class trip to the Tyson-Lewis fight with $2,000 spending money and 2nd row tickets(I love boxing!). Of course, Memphis was kind of boring so I didn't spend any of the money...and As it seems to be a trend, I had to cut off this customer after 8 months, as well. It was actually quite sad because he was about to give me a trip to St Barts!

Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
the best gifts i'v received are front row tickets for a concert and a digital camera.
Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Oh, another interesting gift was front row tickets to a Mellissa Etheridge concert from a customer who understood that I didn't like men, he just wanted to be my freind and come to the concert with me. I broke my rule and met him at the concert. He was actually very nice, even though I was kind of mean to him. Then he made me a cd with obscure songs from artists that he knew I liked, and rearranged the titles of the songs into a poem... I'm going to go find that thing... oh, it was a letter:
Dear Sienna,
When tomorrow comes, and you are gone. All I will have left are the fond memories of you and those wild nights we spent together, it was like watching a precious angle dance naked just for me.
In my dreams of you, I envision you on an iron horse riding past yet I feel left standing on the edge of heaven.
Some nights just laying awake wondering what if I came knocking, would you say well, There goes the neighborhood.
From my sole to yours,
(bad grammer and spelling his).
It was sweet, but the reference to me being "gone" tomorrow kind of made me nervous. Then he started popping up in the strangest places (in my real life) so I had to cut him loose too... (jeez, is this a pattern? LOL).

Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Sorry if this is a little off topic, but what is the best way to "cut a guy loose"?

Sometimes a kick to the groin works. ;D
Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Oh, I forgot weirdest (but quite nifty, noetheless):
A "100% Whoop Ass" T-Shirt made to look like the Jack Daniels label. Literally right off the guy's back, for nothing more than the fact that I liked it. (If you ever read this, THANKS Penny!!)

Re: Weirdest or Best Gift Ever Recieved?
Hmmmm a suprising number of those giving gifts to dancers, turned out to be creepy and needed to get "cut loose". Go figure...
