Yes the Guam clubs pay you a salary (with conditions). Yes the Guam clubs supply your airline tickets (with conditions). Yes you will need a tourist visa (don't even try for a work visa cuz you won't get one). Some Guam clubs also supply accomodations (with conditions).
Guam clubs cater to Asian tourists looking for a low cost vacation, as well as to US soldiers and sailors stationed there. Mileage requirements are fairly high by US standards, but well below that of most European "sex" clubs.
The big risk in accepting a booking at a Guam club is that you must complete the term of the contract, no matter what you run into, or you can lose big. The weekly salary payment is partially or totally dependent on you working all 8 or 12 weeks you agreed to - if you want to leave early you may give up some or ALL of these salary payments. The airline tickets are also totally dependent on working all 8 or 12 weeks you agreed to - if you want to leave early you'll wind up buying the return ticket out of your own pocket (typically $1500-$2000 depending on where you live). Any free accomodations are also contingent on your continuing to work. If you quit dancing, or if you aren't happy with the free accomodations, other accomodations will come out of your own pocket.
The other risk for American girls is of course the risk of foreign travel in these tense times. As a European citizen these concerns probably aren't warranted. However, as a US territory, Guam itself is a ripe target for the fanatics that bombed a Bali hotel already.
Also, Guam is only 4 hours away from Hong Kong (China), 6 hours away from Thailand etc. If someone should happen to decide that you would make a good addition to their "personal harem", you could disappear without a trace. The same logic applies if you should get caught up in some sort of trouble while in Guam.
If you're comfortable with all this, dancing in Guam right now can be VERY financially rewarding, since many travelling US dancers are avoiding foreign travel right now.
