Re: Dancing for elderly customers
Personally, I love elderly customers. They are usually polite, respectful, have money (and spend it).. and have no other expectations other than to have a good time in the club (ie: not looking for dates). Often they are more concerned with conversation than anything else.
Granted there are exceptions, and I'm trying to speak as general as possible... and usually the above scenerio is the case. So bottom line-I'm a happy camper when I see them in the club.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
ditto what Tia_q said. i guess it depends on what you consider "elderly" though. is there an age range on that? when i think "elderly", i'm thinking basically geriatric... in which case, i do have a tendancy to be a teensy bit worried that i might inadvertantly cause them to break a hip/have a heart attack... but there's only been a few times that i've danced for the truly ancient. you really have to hand it to those guys that the interest is still there... maybe Viagra does have something to do with it?
one thing i've always noticed about the older gents is that they're so smooth. they have the sucessful sexy chit-chat down to a fine art. i guess they had to be a lot more subtle in the years they were roaring through that field of wild oats. they should give lessons to the younger guys. i think that smooth suble approach makes a girl's heart go pitty-pat ever so much better then the more blantant style of the younger guys.

I was wonder what age group ML was talking about? 44 here......

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
It depends on their attitude - just as any customer. But if their attitude is more of a lecherous nature, it's plain gross...and granted there are a handful of the elderly lecherous crowd - remember , in their day & age, it wasn't as socially acceptable or common to look at naked women as entertainment (even most strippers wore pasties and didn't pare down as much as strippers do today). So as a result, sometimes I run into the overtly lecherous older man - in which case I run like hell. money or not - it just grosses me out.
The majority of elderly men, however, have been respectful in their ways, and always know the value of a tip. They are gracious, and always quite charming.
I'd say only 5% of our customers are over 65 (which I'm considering elderly, if given the AARP standards!) - so we don't run into elderly men all that much.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
I've only seen a handful of guys in the club over 65. Most however will buy you a drink and give you huge tips if you are nice to them. You can normally tell right away if they are okay or expect you to let them touch. I've personaly never been groped by someone elderly.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
Lol, Jack. I have a few customers who are retired doctors. 60's is a good guess. It does not seem strange to me since i seem to like the older crowd anyway. Damn they sure pay for a show. And callguy won't mind my saying this, he is late 50's. And a regular of mine. Pamela

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
I dont think you have been to NYC. Jacqueline spoke my mind. Some older men tend to like to touch. I had on guy that was like 55 and older. lling onWs ho was married 20 something years and wanted to be my friend..... yea right . He had money and willing on spending. But I had to be his friend. Please.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
LOL!! Yeah I've had several elderly customers coming in all the times. They are nicer and calmer than youngsters. They give me more respect and dont try to cross the line by touching wrong places. (some do) But they tend to spend more money even though some dances aren't equall to the amount of money! I always enjoyed chatting with then because I always can learn something from them such as their experiences and etc.
I remember giving a dance to this old guy maybe 65 or 70 and he acted as if he was gonna have a heart attack cuz he was shaking soo bad. I stopped and asked him if he was okay and he said yes and wanted me to continue. That kinda freaked me out but I laughed so hard after I finished with him. Elderly are different depending on their sex urges. They really dont get exciting just looking at our bodies. They think of it as Art when we are in different color, size and shape.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
My best costomer of all times is about 75, I'd say. He's very complimentary and polite. He tips awesome and never tries to touch. In general, I've found that elderly customers are great!

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
give me a 70 year old retired and newly widowed ex-corporate executive any day *wink*wink*!

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
I'm going to use that sleeping giant line! As in "Have I awakened ...."
I love the old dudes. 40's is so not old, it's actually kind of the ideal age - I guarantee you, put a table of 20-somethings, 30-somethings and 40-somethings in a club and the girls are going to flock to the guys at the upper end of that spectrum.
Most of the older (60+) guys I've danced for have been country fellas and have been great. But then again, I love all of the guys I dance for. I think it's wonderful that they still want to see girls shake it! What in the hell is there that's better to want to do with your spare time, anyways?
Now, it would be sad to see some 70 year old guys still fixated on hotrods, or fantasy football, or competitive drinking ;D.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
thank u so much ML
i have been told quite frequently im funny.......looking haha
another good one is 'the one eyed monster'
i just got home from work and i danced for one of my 'elderly' customers....the guy always has a mit full of red ones (in canada thats a $50 dollar bill) and i always say 'I love the red ones, they match my dress!" i was wearing red coinicidentally ;)they always laugh.
In the good old U. S. of a i guess you'd have to wear green all the time to use that line though ;)

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
Truth be told, I haven't had that much experience dancing for "elderly" men (and I must agree, 40 is not elderly in my book...thinking around the 60+ age group). However, there was one time that it kinda skeeved me out. I tend to look younger than I am (and I'm already pretty young). I am mistaken for a 15/16 year old high school girl (which really sucks in my professional field...try getting respect when you look like you're that young)...but I digress. Anyway, there was a 60-ish year old man who just loved the fact that I looked so damn young. And he would not believe that I was 21 (now 22)....actually, he didn't want to believe it. He was too damn excited telling me what he would like to do to my 16 year old body. Needless to say, I found it kinda disturbing...and I drew the line when his hands found their way to my ass.
Not to mention, he was a bit of a cheap dirty old man, and he was more interested in me coming home with him than tipping me.
Alas, not the best of experiences.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
Pamela.... you gave out my age as late 50s??? Damn, I hope none of the other strippers I know are reading this. I told all of them I was 36!!! And face facts Sweetheart! I look a hell of a lot better at 50 (ish) than all of those young studs drooling over you who are in their 20s!! Why don't you come to your senses and see that??

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
I had a great night (already mentioned I was 44) and this cute 23yo thought I was 33 to 35yo ;D
Did she get a tip.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
funny you should mention that athena. i have made that observation too . they loooove the underage looking dancers. it's funny you would think they would like the girls in their 30's as they are technicly closer in age. but nope most times they like the very young girls. at least here in retirement central....... florida!
-
Re: Dancing for elderly customers
I personally do not like the seemingly underage dancers. Makes me feel like their grandpa ;D. Oh, and since we're now in the topic of how we look for our respective ages here's my two cents' worth. Other than my balding head and my bifocals I dare say that I personally look younger than my age. Also, because I excercise regularly, watch what I eat and don't smoke IMHO I look better than many if not most guys half my age.

Re: Dancing for elderly customers
again we are talking about elderly guys 65 and over!
-
Re: Dancing for elderly customers
I'm with Tia as well. The old guys are GREAT. They tip better, they're much more polite, and you NEVER have a prob with them.
As for what we mean by "really old"..... wow.... never thought of it.... Over 29 I guess.
LOL.... sorry. Just HAD to do that.
