Work in Japan
My name is John and I am a talent scout/agent for some great dance clubs in
Tokyo, believe it or not. The Japanese spend huge sums of money going to
dance clubs. Girls there are making anywhere from $ 7000/mo up to $30,000
per month as exotic dancers. The amount you make depends on how friendly you
are and how many days you work. The contracts are 90 days in length, airfare
and accommodations are paid. You can renew your contract if you like and
keep going back. So here is your chance to make some really big money, have
some great fun, travel to a new country. So if you are interested, I need a
really good photo of you by e-mail. After I get your photo, I can send you a
contract to review. Then we can get you a start date and you can begin your
adventure. Hope to hear from you soon.
Requirements: Be young, pretty, willing to travel to Japan for 90 days
Salary: to 30K per month.

Re: Work in Japan
If a girl could really make that much money in Japan....couldn't she buy the ticket herself, pay for a hotel room herself, and LEAVE Japan by herself when she wanted to leave?
Just a thought.....

Re: Work in Japan
Just so you know:
If this organization is who I think it is, they are more involved with good old American pornography, which is fine, for those so inclined. I don't know this for a fact - it just looks like an ad placed by a porn agency that I have seen before. I have been corresponding with a girl who worked in Japan, and she made a fortune. But, like most women, she was still happier to have her airfare and accomodation provided (not with the guy above, I don't think). And hotels in Japan are very expensive. Oh, and you can leave when you want you just have to refund half your airfare if you leave before completing a certain number of days and all of it if you complete fewer. Although you are wise to be cautious and suspicious. I'm not criticizing. Just so you know.

I'd be interested in this, except there's no email address to contact....

Re: Work in Japan
I just have a bad feeling about this post....I have heard stories of girls travelling to another country and then having their visas confiscated and forced into prostitution. Also, I met a gentleman at the club i work at now who has done a great deal of traveling and said that in the East Asian countries strip clubs are not just stripping, but a front for prostitution. You just never know what might happen to you in a foreign country where you dont speak the language and aren't familiar with their culture. Maybe I am being overly skeptical, but this advertisement looks like bad news.
But if you still think it is something you would be interested in just please be careful!!

Re: Work in Japan
I agree with Theresa. The same thing has happened to girls from other countries coming to America: they're promised jobs with great pay (not necessarily in dancing) and they end up being forced into prostitution. This doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
I went to Japan this summer to visit family, and the culture is so completely different from that of America, including but not limited to the way they view sex. I'd suggest visiting the country before making any sort of major career decisions. And the cost of living is extremely high, so any girl who wants to dance there should consider that factor as well.

Re: Work in Japan
...But they do sell cute clothes for dancing in Tokyo. ;D I bought a very sexy dress for $10 and for some idiotic reason didn't pick up the shoes to match.

Re: Work in Japan
You know what? I too was aprehensive about taking employment outside of Canada but went on my first trip to Australia for a 30 day contract - it was excellent. I then opened my eyes to opportunities overseas, since then I have been to Belgium, switzerland and CHINA - TWICE. I made EXCELLENT money, and my accom's and airfare were covered entirely by the club. If you are worried about your passport? Take a photocopy - any American consulat will help you in times of crisis, I never EVER had any problems. In fact Stripping in China was ONLY stripping - if they want a hooker they HAVE places for that! If you have any questions that I may be able to help u with please write - dont hesitate - there is a fortune to be made overseas! I would go again in a heartbeat but they like their ladies YOUNG. I am prime in North America but asian countries want them really young.
ANyways, just investigate and verify the agency - check their license and get your contract in writing. Leave a copy at home and take one with you. :D

Re: Work in Japan
Ummm... I don't see it Pryce. But if a person isn't smart enough to leave contact info with their marketing efforts it isn't our problem. LOL.
I am interested in working in other countries though... maybe we should start a new thread for it. Has anyone had good/bad experiences with working in other countries? Were you hired by foreign clubs or US agencies that send girls over there? Did different countries have different standards for beauty? Did they all speak english? Any info would be appreciated...
Thanks
Lena

Re: Work in Japan
There was a big to do about all of these blonde dancers from England being MURDERED in Japan. It finally got out of hand that the press picked up on it and there are ongoing investigations as to what happened but it wont bring back those girls.
They were hired by agencies and forced into prostitution. (yes visas taken away) Unless you know what your doing-have contacts in Japan already girls i've met girls first hand that have run into trouble there.
Using agencies is a great way to travel-see the world and make great money. However you also have to consider WHY your making so much money and what the risks are.

Re: Work in Japan
I know one thing, they love us on webcam, so i think very much they would love us in person. Also, A copy of a contract for us to just look over can be sent via email.. I get contracts all the time with phone sex companies to read on my computer, and see what they have to offer. ;) Pamela

Re: Work in Japan
I posted a fairly lengthy response on this very subject in another thread:
To GothicViolet's comment about blonde English girls being murdered in Japan - I was in London at the time that story broke, and it was only one girl who was hostessing (different from dancing) at a club and she LEFT THE CLUB with a customer. We all know the risks when it comes to leaving with customers, that English girl took them, and paid with her life. The resulting controversy was more about 'exactly what was the girl doing in the club and why did she leave with a customer' - and the fact that the guy was never formally charged because they didn't have enough evidence, but they did find her body near his home, and they knew he had been a regular client of hers and she'd apparently left with him the last night she was seen alive. The media went on and on about the thousands of young blonde western girls who travel to Japan to work as hostesses and/or dancers in upscale clubs, and what risks they were taking, being so far from home. The girl that was murdered had been living at home and just went for a couple months during her summer before starting college, so of course her parents had a fit. But I reitierate, that incident was ONE girl, it was hardly an epidemic. And please read my above-referenced post, as I have information from a Japanese dancer written there.
Furthermore, I think we've all heard about dancers travelling to foreign countries only to have their passports taken as a condition of fulfulling the contract, then forced into prostitution in order to repay the expense of the one-way ticket that was provided for them and their living expenses plus interest, and try to save up to buy a return ticket home. While I'm sure things like this can and do happen, a reasonable amount of precaution can limit those risks. Like, hello, never hand someone your passport! Make sure you have funds for a return ticket before you leave home, research the agency(ies), find references, ask us ladies here on stripperweb 8), etc. It's not too hard to gather enough information to protect yourself abroad, even if you're going to the other side of the world. And finally, just like with anything else, use your common sense - you wouldn't put yourself totally in a stranger's hands on blind faith at home, so you shouldn't do it elsewhere either.

Re: Work in Japan
::)I would definetly like to travel but don't know were to start on finding a reliable safe source. Some help please.

Re: Work in Japan
Well, an easy place to start would be to reply to some of the agents who post here. Then search through places like adultstaffing.com and other stripper-related sites for ads. Then use the search engines to look up stripper agents, stripping in (insert country here), etc. is somehow related to an agent for Japan, so scour her site as well.

Re:Work in Japan
sounds too good to be true. I heard stories about women being pushed into prostitution and not being able to come back to the states. I'd definately investigate first....
