Fruitarain Teacher at Harvard ?
Students in the psychiatry class of Professor William Menzin, M.D. at
Harvard Medical School will receive a surprise (or shock) later this
month
when he gives a lecture on raw food nutrition based on my book, Your
Natural Diet: Alive Raw Foods. Dr. Menzin says that the med students
receive no nutrition education...until now.
In Dr. Menzin’s words:
“Your Natural Diet: Alive Raw Foods is a tour de force by authorities
on
the raw food diet. Anyone who cares about attaining vibrant health
should
be grateful to them. The book is a treasure trove of practical advice
for
the newcomer and offers pearls of wisdom for those already on this
path.
This stunningly original book blends personal experience with
world-class
knowledge of true nutritional science with a firsthand account of David
Klein’s road to vibrant health. An immensely enjoyable read!
A. William Menzin, M.D., M. Sc., M.P.H.
Department of Psychiatry
Harvard Medical School, Cambridge, Massachusetts”
At age 75, Dr. Menzin eats a primarily fruitarian diet, is convinced
that
this is the best way for humanity to eat, and has the vitality and
appearance of a 50 year-old. He was on Dr. Ann Wigmore’s staff in
Boston
as the advising medical doctor in the 1970s, was a nutrition advisor
for
the World Health Organization, and is planning two book projects likely
involving myself and Dr. Doug Graham. Dr. Menzin is probably the second
fruitarian eater to lecture at Harvard. Can you think of the other?
Henry
David Thoreau.
Your Natural Diet: Alive Raw Foods contains Dr. T. C. Fry’s most
brilliant
writings. Many consider T. C. to have been the best health writer they
have ever read -- he had an uncanny knack for bringing health to life
and
empowering us to live by our true senses. His work saved my life 19
years
ago. The world’s number 1 authority on raw foods and raw nutritional
science, Dr. Doug Graham has called Your Natural Diet: Alive Raw Foods
“a
book for the ages” and “the best how-to book on the market.” To read
Doug’s book review, see http://www.livingnutrition.com/bookstore.html.
If
you need a holiday gift suggestion, Your Natural Diet: Alive Raw Foods
along with subscriptions to Living Nutrition Magazine are sure to

Happy & healthy holidays,

Re: Fruitarain Teacher at Harvard ?
I am all for raw foods! Love to munch on a carrot, apple etc. But have these people thought about the soil that our "natural foods" are grown out of. Foods just can not be as pure as they where way back. Our world as it is today won't allow this. Our soil is tainted to an extent. Pesticides to mention one, has alot to do with this, our retention ponds, another problem, and plain old litter....It's all making our soil unstable.
I eat a little of most every thing. But i could never life off raw foods alone, as i know what my body needs by my paying attention to my energy levels etc.
