Skinny Legs & Arms
I am planning to begin stripping in March or April 03 and am currently preparing my body for an audition. I am pretty small, and while I've always loved my body, I've noticed the dancers and the clubs I frequent have 'built' legs and muscular arms. Does anyone have any tips on how to build legs and arms fast? What about diet (I'm a huge bread eater - have actually forsaken red meat as a trade off. NOT GOOD ;) ) I'm not interested in becoming a body-builder, nor do I currently look like I'm going to break. I just would like my arms to have more definition and my legs a little bigger. Any and all advice is appreciated - thanks!

Squats are great for legs and butt! Free weights are great for arms. Heavy enough, but not too heavy to start. You should feel a little resistance while performing. And gradually work your way up. I have always had long thin arms and legs, and when i weight train some, i notice in a few weeks some toning and definition there.
