I have a good body but...
Its not exactly muscular.. i mean i have a decent amount of baby fat... once i start dancing will this go away fast? I see alot of strippers with nice muscles and bodys..
Just dont wanna get rude comments passed my way :/
Oh and is there any in home things i can do thatll help w/ muscle tone?

Shan, you look great, you have a beautiful face and great pair of eyes. Don't worry about it. I'm sure as you dance you will start to "thin" out, but you have nothing to worry about. I'm sure you will do fine.

if you feel you have a little baby fat...WHERE??? Then go for a few toning excerises with light free weights. I do squats and build up muscle tone in my legs, now and again, makes the butt look big though. Lol.. My arms are thin, so lifting free weights that are a bit tuff, but not too much would help build muscle, and tone. You look fine. But if you wish, buy fitness magazine for women, it's good for toning tips. Pamela~

i dont think im fat.. its just when i got preggers alot of my muscle turned into fat.. and i have little tone anymore..

Sorry Shan you mentioned baby fat, and i got rolling with it. :-/
you sound like you may have a little more fat than muscle thats all. You muscle can not turn into fat. And fat never becomes muscle. All you may need to do is just a litle toning, lifting of heavy objects, light weights, some people start out using heavy cans of food, books ect. Something that challanges you muscles to work, and that means they grow. If you stop the shrink back down again. Once you hit a point where you feel happy, just maintain that level by doing the excersise you have started 3 days a week. Never two days in a row, your muscles will need to take a day to off to rest. If the weight feels to light, and you still are not happy move up to something more heavy. You will build stronger muscles by challenging them. Don't worry, us women can't get muscle bound, only if we do hardcore workouts will we get ripped, and diet ..ahhh far too much for us.
Good luck. Thats how you tone though, build some muscle, and the parts that look jiggley will slowly go away, as muscle builds.

muscle ca turn into fat last i heard.. like when you hit menopause.. 20% of your muscle tissue turns into fat *watched it on the health channel :) *

Shan hun, fat will always be fat, and muscle will always be muscle. The two are not the same. And we need both in our bodies. Do a google search on fat and muscle. Here hun check this out. Pamela~

You also might wanna check out M&F hers (muscle and fitness). It is a great magazine for women's muscles and is by far my favorite. Though you ought to feel lucky. I weighed 125 lbs before I got pregnant and had an awesome body if I do say so myself. I weighed 200 lbs the day my son was born. Although I have lost all of the baby fat, I have stretch marks and wrinkly skin on my abs. Now if you know how to get rid of that I have a ton of old issues of m&f hers that I'll give you, lol. Anyway, check it out. it did me a ton of good. And I had alot of work to do.
