Pilates and yoga.
I happened to visit a new club in Jersey this week and saw a girl dancing who basically had a competition level female bodybuilder physique plus a big set of implants which balanced out her massively muscled legs and butt with a massive bustline. This girl was getting twice as many private dance sales as ANY other dancer in the club! You might want to consider turning your 'liability' into an 'asset' instead and 'going for broke' in regard to physical development. After all, in highly competitive times like these, there are already tons of slim toned girls! Like the 'larger than life' dancer I just saw, it's better to stand out rather than to be lost in the crowd! I vote pump all the iron you can, and call a plastic surgeon!
Also, focus a LOT on cardio workouts. I've seen a LOT of girls who simply can't keep going for a full dance shift, and could be making a TON of money but they're having to sit out two out of three songs cuz they're in such bad cardio shape.
Melonie just curious which new club in NJ are you talking about..
belinda & susan are right. Cardio is good to keep up your heart rate, energy (thus your metabolism), and spirits. You can also look into Gyrotonics which is a mixture of yoga, pilates, and classic dance. It's a little hard at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's fabulous for toning the body and keeping nice sleek lines. We have two girls at our clubs who are both fairly recent moms - both take gyrotonics, eat well, and have amazing bodies. You will have to look into any studios that offer gyrotonics, though - it is not something that is offered at your local gym, and must be taught by a certified trainer.
melonie is also right - if you decide to go that route. I know two dancers who actually bodybuild, too - and they make good money with amazing bodies. but do what's right for what you want to do. some girls don't like that look, either.
most importantly - have fun with your workout! ;)

Ebony, the new club isn't actually open yet - it's being organized near Eatontown by the owners of the Delilah's chain. I was trying to finagle a 'grand opening' feature booking as long as I was in the area for a photo shoot! I also stopped in at Lace in Wayne (surprisingly busy + I love their cheesecake!), Satin Dolls (surprisingly dead plus quality of dancers has gone downhill), and Stiletto 2 (also slow and they like to book XXX features not big breasted ones).
Melonie, where in Eatontown is the club located? And do you know of the opening date? I have searched high and low for info on this new club (phone number, address, opening dates) but have come up empty handed.
About Lace in Wayne, I was thinking about going for an audition there how are the girls and how is the club? For some reason, that club has been getting many negative comments on stripclublist but I think it was a ploy of someone from owners of Tittilations.
Thanks.
i know a little more bout the new club. if u want more updates check out the delilahs forum at stripclubjunkie.com
Intersection of Rt. 35 & 36

Hope it helps. It should be opening in the next few months.
Hi stricken,
jogging builds up legs, so i can see that happening. Push ups build up arms. Do some pace walking (no weights in hand), and watch your food intake. You should lose, Cardio Vascular workout sounds good for you.
Ps take a multivitamin.. And get a check up first with your doc. before starting any exercise program!
