Re: Wannabee
Hi there,
I'm also from the UK and the strip club I often work at there are all sorts of people working there and besides doing the pole work in itself is a fab way to work out.
I work out everyday to the tae-bo exercise tape which is fun and helps tone you up prettyquickly.
Good luck

Re: Wannabee
You are a gymnast!!! That should be a great asset to your dancing! Change your eating habits, meaning check how many calories you should be taking in for your height, size. And cardio is an excellent weight burner. Want your legs thin? but tone your legs so they have shape when you lose weight? Like Isabelle said Tae bo is a good workout, as will be steps involving ballet dancing. I think they have the most beautiful legs well toned and not heavy. Any cardiovascular workout that requires you to sweat, you are burning caliores. Keep your intake of food to a normal (for you,) level. I know....no fries, cookies, ice cream cake. Until you get some weight off. Then have one or 2. Just make sure you hold the weigh you want to stay at. And i do keep a scale.. :D Key is taking in calories in proportion to your height. (easy to find out on the web, your doctor.) And exersize moves that not so much bulk you up but burn weight off, along with toning moves! Good luck!
