What about Paypal's Mature Audiences policy?
http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr...side&ed=mature
Re: Ask her where she is :)
I don't see any mention of chatroom and im services in their mature audience policy.
Also, anyone can chat/talk with my artificial intelligence, because the x-rated artificial intelligence does NOT start talking about x-rated talk on its own. The human that starts the conversation can choose to talk about what ever they want. Only a 'mature audience' would start talking about 'mature topics'.
If a person tells any of my virtual humans that they are a certain age / gender / location, I have programmed my virtual humans to make note of that, remember, and respond appropriately.
Re: Ask her where she is :)
I got in an arguement with your bot lol
Re: Ask her where she is :)
I was wondering if this Bot can be programmed to answer questions from customers. For example if I had a website for stripping services, can this Bot be programmed to answer specific questions like what my fee is, my height, weight etc? I figure with something like that, customers can just book you without having to send emails with time consuming enquiries. How much would something like that cost?

hahaa,, I'll have to check that out later. Its always funny to see the chatlogs.
My virtual humans actually started out very innocent, and after having them chat online for a few years, and the things that people say to them,,, well, it was only natural to develop x-rated brains.
I especially like using them for Dominatrix Interogation Rooms and Slave Screening. Kinky folks seem to really like them too. Looks like a new fetish is robot porno :)

The answer is yes to all of your questions. Ive been developing Virtual Humans to do this for various types of businesses, for a few years now.
My virtual humans can even show your online customers, pictures of you, when they ask.
I also set them up for your instant messaging, so that anyone with a cell phone, mobile device, and computers can chat with your Virtual Human anytime too.
Basic Pricing for Non X-Rated (but racy) or X-Rated Chat:
$700.00 u.s.d. to Set-Up and Customize with your Info
$50.00 Monthly Hosting & Maintenance
(max of 100 unique chatters per month)
If we see that you are receiving more than 100 unique chatters each month, I can set this up to request that your chatters pay a monthly subscription fee to your paypal account and I will keep only a percentage of the fee and the rest can go to your paypal account, to cover the costs of the extra bandwidth, maintenance, and setup involved. If you wish to use another service other than paypal, that is also an option.
My virtual humans have been developed to have any personality / gender / appearance imagineable, including straight, bi-sexual, bi-kinky, dominant, submissive, switch, racy. They can speak with thousands of your viewers all at the same time, very quickly and accurately too. They have been tested on networks with millions of users and proven stable in the past 3 years.
I hope my answers do not offend anyone here.... but as a former dancer, I know this is something that current dancers, adult entertainers, and the adult entertainment business can really use. This is not something that you can get just anywhere either. I have seen others that try to accomplish what I have been doing for a few years now, but their prices are much more, their personalities are not what adult entertainers need to portray to their prospects, they have not been chatting with thousands of live internet users for as long as mine have, and the programmers' do not have experience as an actual adult entertainer either.
Thanks for asking me about my work. I was beginning to wonder if I would ever be given a chance to prove that dancers and nerds are good honest people too :)
Re: Ask her where she is :)
..... I just checked out the chatlogs, and many people from stripperweb are trying to have sex with that generic brain that has not been programmed for adult entertainment, and just getting frustrated... lol....
just in case, certain people did not see this before,,,,, the Sexy virtual human brains that I developed are at SexyPimpBot.com

The Chatroom and IM services aspect is covered in the "intangibles" part of the agreement. The above quote reinforces your intent to provide "mature" services.
Um.. going back to the mature audiences issue, and I know this becomes hair splitting... but do you really want to put your client at risk of losing access to their money for 180 days or so because Paypal chooses to enforce this policy?
For anyone looking to set up a site, remember that if you set up a site through any service, the payment account as mentioned here is in YOUR NAME so you would be affected and not XYZ e-commerce setup company. They might not care if your assets are frozen/held... it is not their problem... they have their $500 or whatever dollars.
I just have to speak up because my previous (pre-stripping) job was at a large adult ISP in Seattle on the business end. I have more than a little experience with this and while I think it is lovely that you (Pimpbot) are trying to get your business going, I worry about the payment issues at the very least.
Anyone looking to create their own revenue generating site, please look for resources to educate yourself in this industry, it is difficut at best but the info is there.

actually, I DO care whether or not any of my clients are able to hava a successful business as a result of my work....that is why I also stated..." If you wish to use another service other than paypal, that is also an option" Like any other business, when my clients are profitable, so am I. Their is no reason I would want any of my clients to fail as a result of my work...just common sense.
I do not have over 8 years of professional references in the ecommerce / internet industry, ( 20+ years computer experience) from being a crooked, lying, sneaky business person.... Honestly, dancers and nerds are able to be good honest people too.... you do not need to pass judgement on Me, based on your past experiences with your own jobs, services, and other people that have nothing to do with me.
when I say that I have had very good experiences with a service (ie: pay pal) I have no reason to lie about that, I am actually stating the truth as I know it. I realize that you may have had bad experiences, but that does Not make me an uncaring liar or sneak. If any of my clients are unable to do their business because of my work or consultations, that does actually effect me.... your statements are just not true in my case. It sounds as if you are very offended by my presence and my unique work.... their is really no reason for that. This is a place for dancers to be able discuss business that matters to them. How about suggesting paypal alternatives, Veronica? what is working for you? I can only suggest what I know has been working for myself and my clients, and proven stable with my own experiences.
Re: Ask her where she is :)
Actually, I have nothing against your services, I am worried quite specifically about the Paypal issue. I have actually had great experiences with adult web masters and the adult web as a whole. I just happened to work on the back end and business side of the game, not the modeling side. That included a lot of discussion on cc processing and the pitfalls of various contract wording situations.
I've been good and haven't even gone into the special needs of adult hosting ;)
I believe you when you say that you have had good relations with ebay in the past - I have too with regular non-adult accounts and still use them for (non-adult) auctions, but their policy has recently changed on the mature audiences issue and this has thrown some people into a bad spot (frozen accounts and whatnot).
As for recommending a company, my suggestion would be to look at the boards and links on some of the more reputable adult web master sites and see what people are suggesting. Secondly, I would look into the customer service angle of the CC processing companies as easy account cancelations and friendly *live person* phone help brings your level of chargebacks down and the goodwill might even bring the customer back to your site in the future to re-sign up.
And I did notice when I searched around on you that you have done plenty of AI non-adult sites so yes, I believe you when you say your customers are happy. My statement was a general caveat emptor. Being up-to-date on things like these policy changes are in your best interest as well as your clients.
**btw, If I seem to shy away from mentioning too many companies it is because I signed a broadly worded non-compete when I left. It just kills me sometimes!

but this is an adult forum, we should be discussing that here :) This information can help dancers and adult entertainers. Like avs...... my virtual humans also accomplish that for no extra fees at this time.

I actually do not like ebay at all, and have very strong NEGATIVE feelings towards ebay for a few years now. Ive never been involved in any auction businesses either. I know ebay recently acquired pay pal, which would explain why pay pal may move to a position where I would no longer be able to suggest them as a service. I will have to spend more time and look at their position in regards to im use.
So far though, I have found that BECAUSE no one can control what people say in im and chat rooms, that usage and tos policies are differant than they are for subscription sites for adult porn, video, pics, etc....
I have actually been in discussions with pay pal for a little while in regards to my own business. So far, all is well. Of course, if that changes I would not recomend them as a way to process online payments. The truth is, many many adult entertainers are using them for their personal businesses online though... (private cams, chatrooms, ims)

I thought that since you are knowledgeable about how terrible pay pal is, that you would know of alternatives. did they freeze your accounts and why?

Actually, every single cc processing company that Ive looked into, even the altertnatives suggested on paypalsucks.com, all have really bad raps too. Even worse than paypal in my eyes, as they make it impossible for online retailers, website owners to profit from their work. They also do NOT protect the merchants from fraud, chargebacks, scammers, thiefs, etc....

I understand that, now :) My last non-compete ( that stated I had to be quiet ) that I signed was over 7 years ago, and it only covered the first year, so I guess that is why I can talk more than some....
Re: Ask her where she is :)
Oops, I meant Paypal, not Ebay. Sorry.
I personally do not deal with Paypal in a "Mature Audiences" setting so my experiences in that realm are fine. A friend mentioned the problems she was having (online Domme work) which prompted me to look into it more and started finding the policy changes and from there I found people running into problems with it. It seems to be randomly enforced ? ! ? That is what raised my eyebrows! From what I am starting to hear from my friends, it is snowballing.
Any CC processing co. has to answer to the "big guys" and that unfortunately works negatively toward those of us in the "adult" sector. There isn't much one can do about the prejudice Visa, MC, et al have against the adult industry except try and make customers as happy as possible thus lowering the chance of a chargeback. The whole thing is entirely unfair since, I seem to remember that the adult biz really doesn't statistically have that much of a higher chargeback rate than other online businesses. There was an article in 2001 (I seem to think) in AVN Online that dealt with this extensively.
BTW, I would really recommend anyone interested in this whole shebang to get a subscription or even just go to Tower Records (or whatever good magazine shop you have) and pick up some issues. I am not, btw, talking about the regular AVN, but the one for adult webmasters.
Another good, very up-to-date, resource are the boards on YNOTmasters.com that deal specifically with credit card processing. I can recommend them and their articles because I have dealt with them in the past and believe them to be both honest and business minded. AN easy for newbies would be here: http://www.theadultwebmaster.com/index.phtml. There are other boards and resources out there, but I would start with these above mentioned.
I really do wish you the best in this biz, especially since I am fully in favor or more adult webmistresses hanging their shingle out there. I just want people to do it gainfully and as on the level as possible. A well informed "nerd" :) coupled with a well-informed client can make a go of the industry and make some real money. It *is* a full time job, though... but it can be a fun one.
