New to Board and Thinking about Dancing... Hopefully I'm not too Redundant
I hope I don't ask too many of the repeat questions that I am sure you ladies get from newbies. I have been a lurker here, off and on, for a couple of months, trying to learn what I can. I have also visited several clubs with my boyfriend to see what I thought about it.
So far it seems like it would be a really good job for me even though I haven't made any final desicions yet. I am not exactly broke or despereate right now but I could use the extra money, (who couldn't?)
I live in Northern Ohio but am looking at clubs all the way from Columbus, to Toledo, to Cleveland, and Akron. If anyone has worked in any clubs around here I would like to know if you had any that you loved or hated. Also, I am very paranoid when it comes to laws, does anyone know where I could find laws about stripping in my area? I have read that many places are very strict (such as Seattle) and I would like to know how Ohio compares, but from what I saw on my ventures, I would guess that Ohio is a bit more laizee-faire about the situation.
Also I am not 21, I am only 18, some of the clubs I looked at I couldn't even visit as a customer because you have to be at least 21 even to SIT in the club. Would you say that there is a higher number of clubs that only allow people over 21 to work there? Are most "good" clubs like that? Would I be better off just waiting a few years before so I could get a better job? I would much rather work at an alcoholic topless bar than a juice bar. Which almost seems that is the only place where somewhere my age could work. Please correct me if I am wrong.
PS. I didn't feel like getting into the business of asking how my body is or posting a picture of myself (yet). Even though I know I am not glamorous, I do think am generally better than average looking, right now I look like [email protected] I have been sick for the past couple of days and my boyfriend has been feeding me Wendey's chicken sandwiches :-\ I know, yuck. I haven't showered, and I haven't shaved my legs for quite some time either. I will get my webcam out when the time is right but for now none of you have to see my tomboy appearance or hairy man legs.
Thanks all for listening. Hopefully I didnt repeat too many questions or be too cliche.

Also... I forgot to mention. What about taxes? I understand that with the exception of California, you are a independant contractor. Would it be profitable to make a website advertising myself? My boyfriend is computer man who's computer is his own webserver and he is a semi-pro photographer. And are all the woman on sites like this "tens"?
Re:New to Board and Thinking about Dancing... Hopefully I'm not too Redundant
The site that you gave with the women is the same old stuff. Don't worry, just pictures of highly enhanced women to help sell the image of the "perfect" woman.
I think men today like real. There are some sites with "real" pictures not enhanced to try and sell themselves.
What a let down to see a beautiful woman on a SC site, and find she's a dog in real life.
Also find out about the laws in your area, very important.
Good luck to you, i have no other advice than jump on in, have a ball, and be you! IMportant as well: Visit the clubs you will be able to dance in, check out how nice staff is and the dancers. Don't like the club move to another.
Lotsa luck!
