Question on stripper poles
Hello everyone, I am a guy that owns a small yacht. I regularly have friends with their girlfriends over for parties on my boat. I would like to add a removable stripper pole that the girls could climb on for extra fun on the boat.
The questions are: Do all stripper poles rotate and does it matter if they don't free spin?
I appreciate it if anyone could provide me with answers to these questions.
Re:Question on stripper poles
Wow, I must be outta the loop...........I never knew they spun......
Re:Question on stripper poles
Go to I think that they have a pretty good set up there...I know someone who bought one and have had no prpblems w/it!
Re:Question on stripper poles
I think a rotating pole would be too much anyways. That sounds like a great idea for your yacht though! I'd love to go sailing and play on a stripper's pole at the same time :D lol. I think lil'Mynx has good poles that you can order.
Re:Question on stripper poles
Thanks everyone for answering so quickly. I'll check out the vendors you recommended.
Re:Question on stripper poles
spinning poles are awesome.... we got one at our club. Fawnia also sells portable stages so you dont have to drill any holes and u can put it away if you need to. LIL mink also has a portable pole. I bought mine from fawnia, (not the portable stage just the pole) but it is a pain in the butt to install and once its up it can't be taken down unless you want to redrill huge holes in your ceiling and floor.
Re:Question on stripper poles
;D Speakin of spinnin poles, I have this one move I do on the pole and I spin around several times, well with a spinning pole I spin around more. I've had guys counting how many times I went around!! :spin: They loved it and I made more $$$ cause of it. Spinnin poles are good and bad. I sorta like them, would rather have no spinnin though.
Re:Question on stripper poles
You can get them both as stationary or spinning. The question of putting one on your yacht is a safety matter. A spinning pole on a rocking boat? Don't people get seasick just by the trip itself?
Re:Question on stripper poles
I have been on spinning poles, they make the dancer look like she is much better at pole work, but stopping can be a problem, i get dizzy! Lol.
I like a stationary pole, takes more skill, but not much wobble unless it's lose or old. And i stop when i want to!
Bottom line spinning poles are easy! Poles that don't move take much more skill.

Re:Question on stripper poles
As an owner of a pimpit.com stripper pole... I say it's worth it if you can take the wait... I waited 3 months for mine and then it came missing parts :(
But very cool once it was all done.
