Help... I have a lot of tiny wrinkles in my forehead and on my lids and cheeks. When I put on base makeup, it just gets down in them and it looks worse. I have tried Dermablend and it is just not thick enough to cover. Anyone have any suggestions?

Heavier makeup is going to settle into lines more than lighter makeup. Dermablend would be among the worst. Cover Girl's long wearing makeup is another villain.
If you have tiny wrinkles (contact lens wearers are especially suseptible), my suggestion would be to use a more natural, lighter makeup and apply over a good moisturizing base. Then I would spot-cover freckles, blemishes or discolorations with a heavier concealer. Also, don't apply powder on those areas as it will dry the surface and settle in the fine lines. If your skin can tolerate it, foundation bases (English Ideas for one or Velvet Veil from "http://makeupartistschoice.com/") can help smooth surfaces too - mine will break out from them so try and get a sample before buying.
Other tips from the inside are to stay hydrated and eat lots of fresh veggies as that will help add some "good puff" to the skin making it appear less lined. Alcohol and various "uppers" - including caffeine - will also exacerbate the problem.
If all else fails, you will spend less on minor peels and microdermabrasion to simply rid yourself of the problem than you will trying various skincare lines until the magic bullet comes.
Good luck!
