dont forget HPV, there is no accurate way to test males and codoms dont help. and some forms of it have no symptoms either. thats why pap smears are important.
HPV is spread by skin to skin contact, so as long as the condom covers the wart, it's not going to spread. In reality, the condom can roll up and expose the wart or it can be spread during foreplay when the condom is not on.
HPV is highly contagious and some warts are very small and hard to see, especially if they're covered by pubic hair.
