Whether or not getting implants will significantly boost your earnings potential depends on a large number of individual factors.
If your self-confidence will increase along with your bustline, making your "salesmanship" improve.
If you work in a huge club where first impressions matter more than personality, bigger boobs will be noticed by customers from across the room.
If you work in a big city club where 50% of the dancers already have implants, bigger boobs will put you on equal terms.
There seems to be a de-facto rule that DD or DDD cups represent the best size for earning money as a house dancer in most clubs, because they represent the best compromise in being able to draw customer attention versus risking a bimbo/freak reaction.
In some super-upscale "show clubs" which make a major point about being "upper class", D cups seem to work best for house dancers. This is because "upper class" customers seem to interpret DD cups and larger as "middle class".
Also, some cities like Vegas are really into big boobs, where other cities are neutral and still other cities like Boston seem to be bothered by them.
Of course if you're thinking of featuring one day, then you need to think cup sizes in the second half of the alphabet !
I also agree that when a dancer who has B cups sits with a customer, the customer will tell her all sorts of nice things in regard to her face and body and will often make the point that small boobs or big boobs don't matter. However, if you notice which dancers are going to the VIP room the most often, it's usually the ones with the larger cup sizes (along with the customer who just told you that boobs don't matter !).
