workout? What to do?
I have a free gym membership via my school. I'd like to go. Wish I could find an all hours gym though! ;) They have staff who will help you and explain any workouts you should be doing, but what is the type of working out I should be doing?? I have no idea what to even ask them about! My perogative is to become stronger, I don't like not having the strength to do certain things. It bothers me to get winded if I run up more than one flight of stairs or something.
Anyway, what's your workout? What would you recommend?

I would suggest doing some sort of cardio 30-60 minutes 5 times per week. You can get your cardio from classes or machines. My favorite is the Precor, it very low impact. I also take yoga,pilates and spinning/cycling classes.
I would also suggest weight training 3 times per week. Start of slow with low weights. I vary my weight training routine, some days I lift very heavy and others I lift light.
