Re:Getting Motivated?!
Listen to some of your favorite music.Or music thats played in your club, that should get you motivated. On days I would work,I know it sounds wierd but I did pretty much nothing,no erands or anything.Just maybe the gym and tanning.I found that worked best for me.The less stress throughout the day the better.I also put on mt self tanner and tried on new outfits, that helps get you exited, always fun wearing a new outfit in,gives you an aded boost and confidence.

Re:Getting Motivated?!
I don't dance but I do have these same kind of days getting motivated to go to the gym. It's wierd too because I like and enjoy working out but many days I just don't want to go and get lazy.
A couple things that have helped me-
Establish a routine, like michele mentioned, I also use music a lot to help get me in a good mode. Always do a couple things before you have to go to work that get you ready to make money. At home I like to play the workout parts in Vision Quest on my PC and that gets me going. Put on your favorive movie. I also have to make it a point to work out first thing when I get home, if not I lose focus. Do things that help you get focused on work and making money. Get out that favorite outfit or maybe change up the outfits some. Go shopping, hehe.
Do anything that makes you feel positive before work. Guys want to see girls with smiles.
Good luck, Heidi.

Re:Getting Motivated?!
I'm alot like michele. On days when I plan to work, i do pretty much nothing else all day. Just a little bit of a work out, and apply some self tanner. Then I go through the same pattern, and the more I divert from that pattern the more likely I am to ditch work! At 4:00 I eat, hop in the shower after that, I take my time getting dressed over the next couple hours. Once my hair and make-up is done, I try to leave right away. The more I lollygag, the more likely I am to stay home. I try to just leave, before I get to thinking about all the other things I'd rather be doing. As you can see, just like you, I have a huge problem with staying motivated for work. The pattern is about the only thing that sorta works for me.

Re:Getting Motivated?!
Once I get there I'm fine.. but ITS GETTING THERE that's the problem.
Also, I have found that if I take any more than three days off, forget it.. it ain't a happy site when its time for me to get in my car and drive.. I curse, I throw a tantrum and sometimes I even cry.. But, I'm usually being a baby and once I get to work, I remember that I have freedom and flexibility that no other job allows...
So, it ends up being all good in the hood.

Re:Getting Motivated?!
Establishing a routine works best for getting to work regularly. Like michele, I tend to enjoy getting outfits together before time to get ready for work. Try on something new or something I haven't worn in a while, mix it up, whatever. Maybe get a new eyeshadow and play with that. Anything to get in the primpin, I'm a Goddess mode.
But rather than doing nothing when I'm working, I like to do things. I always prefer to work out on days I'm working, run SMALL relaxed errand or two, have a flying lesson, whatever. Nothing stressful but things that either get me excited, feeling energetic or just out of the house breathing fresh air.
I'm thinking I want to start tanning again though...
