Ok, that last pic is just wrong...... I hope not too many of u girls resort to that..... it's pretty sad stuff.
I'm with TimidAngel, I hope you were joking, Gary McPenis (nice name, by the way, lol)
Lexi, it sounds like you are doing too much. I would definitely cut back on one of your work shifts as long as you can afford it. You've been given great advice so far.
If I need a quick fix for energy, I'll have a Mountain Dew or a Red Bull-both give me more energy than Diet Coke, what I usually drink.
For more long-term solutions, what everyone else said:make sure you're getting enough sleep, take a multi-vitamin, give yourself a week off from dancing once in a while. I know I do better when I take breaks every now and then; we all get burned out. :)
Thank you all for the necessary correctives re: iron
deficiency. I have not stayed on top of this particular
segment of nutritional deficiency as well as I should
have BUT too much iron is also very bad AND if you eat
red meat (esspecially liver) even while menstruating
most women will not experience a deficiency.
HOWEVER- some women have a problem with iron
absorbtion i.e. their food contains enough but their bodies don't absorb as much as they need. ARA is
correct- a simple blood test will tell whether your iron
level is adequate.
As far as non-toxic,safe, legal stimulants w/o caffeine you can try ginseng, yohimbe and maca.Just take the
reccomended dosage and don't overuse it i.e. take them when you need a boost; not everyday.
