SUN EXPOSURE
This topic just in time for bikini season- I have always believed everything dermatologists have said about sun damage to the skin. When I worked outdoors for biologists, I wore sunscreen and hats. Some of the granola-and-Birkenstock girls I worked with who didn't bother with the sun damage prevention had awful skin damage, and they were so young!
Does anyone have any favorite sunscreens to recommend? Bananna Boat is my favorite in terms of price and stick-tivity. I just tried the Estee Lauder brand of facial sunscreen and it's great.
PS I've heard some people claim that the sun doesn't cause cancer, but I know of enough melanoma deaths for me to believe the doctors and scientists.

Re:SUN EXPOSURE
I like NO-AD gel spf 30. I like the gel because my skin tends to be oily. And NO-AD is cheap; a big bottle costs around $5 at Wal-Mart.

Yes, HOliday get a higher spf. You can find NO-AD in Shop n Save too for a mere dollar or 2 more. AND it comes in a cream form. AND it's water proof. AND they donate some of their proceeds to keeping kids off drugs. It's wicked good stuff. ;)

Yup, I like NO-AD too. My second favorite is water babies by coppertone because it smells like childhood...:D
