Selling stuff on the internet
Customers give me gifts - some are nice and others are just strange.
I like to sell a couple of the items that are useless to me and possibly make a small profit to pay the bills.
However, ebay seems too crowded for what I have to sell. Also, I don't want to put something up for auction and get a totally lame bid and lose money.
What other good places are there for selling merchandise that doesn't involve auctioning.

Re:Selling stuff on the internet
Craigslist has support for several major cities and is just as good (if not better) for selling items than Ebay.
If you happen to live in an area with craigslist coverage, you may wish to try putting your items there first.

I would still think you'd get the most exposure through Ebay-it's amazing how many people use it. Also, don't forget you can always put a reserve price on your auction so you don't have to sell if it doesn't bring the price you want.
(I'm excited-I just sold one of my Bath and Body Works lotions that I had orginally paid $5.00 for, and it sold for $41.00!)
