We are requesting that Illinois residents who are able to travel to Springfield to attend the committee hearing on Wednesday, please do so. If you are able to attend, please email me, and I will forward on information as to the location and time.
It is vital that we keep the pressure up on the IL legislators!!! We have very little time to get this bill passed, as the session is drawing to a close. We must be relentless in our calls and faxes asking for support of this bill.
If you're an IL resident, please consider setting up an appointment with your Senator to discuss this bill, and urge them to visit www.HorseKillers.com to view the clear difference between euthanasia (which is the most humane end for a suffering animal) and cruel slaughter.
PLEASE CROSSPOST THIS ALERT TO ANYONE WHO IS WORKING TO END HORSE SLAUGHTER - THANKS!
For the Horses,

In England the UN decided to let the French cut down on our wild horse population in the forest. The French have decided half of our horses will be a delicacy on their dinner tables. :'(
