I need ideas of music to go with this outfit
I have absolutely no clue so whatever yall think would be great. Altough if the audience is already familar with it...it will be even better.
Thank you so much in advance ;D

Badass!!! I love it!
I havn't listened to the Kill Bill soundtracks, but you could also do some pieces off of the Pulp Fiction Soundtrack because it was very popular and most people know that Tarantino did both. My pics:
Jungle Boogie
Son of a Preacher Man
Would it be too corny to use "Kung Fu Fighting"?
The band consisting of 3 Japanese women who are playing stuff that sounds like 50s-60s "surf music" being performed by an 80s garage/punk band in The House of Blue Leaves (right before the big battle in KB#1) are a real group called The 5,6,7,8s. They have been popular in the Tokyo club scene for over 10 years I think. QT heard one of their CDs playing on some trip to Tokyo and liked them so much that he decided to use them in the movie. You can see the group do two numbers in a sort of music video style as one of the extras on the KB#1 DVD, and you can order their CDs via amazon.com and no doubt many other places too.
Here is a link and a discography:

I really like their stuff, and you can certainly dance to it, but I don't know if it would be good for stripping...probably, I'd think. It would go well with the outfit and an Uma/KB theme for sure.

I think the original version would be tough to dance to,but there is a remixed techno version that would work well.Quote:

Maybe the movie will launch them into a career in the US too.

wow....definitely an eye catching outfit there PoleKitten! Wish I could pull off something like that! Music-wise, I would assume that the soundtrack would have the best music for the outfit. I haven't heard what's on it, but I'm sure you could try downloading tracks from the internet at the very least. The first song that comes to mind is that very 70's-like music that comes on at the very opening of the DVD (the menu I believe). You might be able to do that if you can find it
Another idea is to use music from Charlies Angels since it's a very similar theme and they wear outfits in that same kind of style in the movies.
Kick ass outfit!!! You better be a blondie... ;)
Man that outfit is hot! When do we get to see a pic of you wearing it? ;)
I suggest looking for music that is contemporary but not necessarily related to that film or martial arts. If you start the set with a piece of dialogue from the film (can be done by recording from the dvd) everyone will know. Plus, the outfit is a dead giveaway - I have seen the dvd cover here in Hong Kong and she is wearing that.
I noticed your jay and silent bob avataar - I love Kevin Smith movies! Right on girl and good luck with the new outfit, I am sure it will make you some big bucks!
