Should Dancers wear Garters?
I say yes, many times, I do not have too much time but yet still I would like a few minutes to visit a Club like during Lunch Breaks to give a dancer some money. One easy way of getting that done, is if she is wearing a garter I can catch her attention and put some money in her garter. That satisfies my desire to give a pretty dancer som money and at the same time gives her a boost financially to start her day.
I like Dancers with garters as well as it makes them look better. I think.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
every girl i know wears one....not many girls at my club carry purses.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
In my city...it is illegal for a dancer to take money any other way. The money cannot be passed from hand to hand, but must be passed hand to garter. Why? I have no clue.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
That City must really #$%. I like Garters not only because of the depositing of money, but, I think it symbolizes that the Dancer is a Professional at wht she does and that it makes a statement. I seen Clubs here in this part of the Country (S.Florida) where there are probably more Strip Clubs then any place outside of Las Vegas. Fortunately, in this part of the country they abound. Where I live within a 10 Mile Radius I think of about 15 places where I can find Dancers dancing at this very moment. As for me, I am very hapy with that. The Laws here are not too restrictive but, I wish they could still be loosened. For example, Dancers at the Clubs are required to get a Dance License. It is not really a hassle as they are only looking to prevent young girls under 18 from dancing but I do not like it. Their have also been efforts to curb the business but fortunately none of stuck too long. Anyway, back to Garters. I seen Dancers who wear no garter at all or they wear it on their ankle. When I go to a Club, I look for Dancers with Garters. I like giving them money and it also gives me the opportunity to touch those nice soft legs of a beautiful dancer which to me is of a great pleasure. It also helps to approach her to ask if she can dance for me. While getting a Lap Dance I like to feel her legs and to caress her thigh where her garter is. To feel the soft cloth banded on her leg with a good amount of money in the garter from previous dances and tips and to be able to experience that joy is immense for me. The combination of me enjoying giving money to Dancers and of my being a Leg Man makes the opportunity that I get to give her money and feel her legs placing that money in her garter is one of the most pleasurable feelings I can experience.
Venus Goddess, I am so sorry to her you have such a restricted area. As for me, if I lived in that area it would just annoy me to no end that I could not have some contact with a Dancer whom I hope to give money to. I hope no such rules will occur here.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
The club that I am currently dancing at, nobody wears a garter. I would say 99.9% carry a purse. That's interesting.......
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
I wanted money!!!! Lol. I would wear a sexy garter around my thigh, and also to carry more money have a band that looked like a garter around my wrist.
I did not always wear garters however. But it's a good way to keep your money, and garters are VERY sexy!

Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
The majority of clubs the girls wear garters or carry a purse. Usually the dancers who are smokers carry a purse. That's what I've found.
I use a garter because I know that I can easily misplace a purse whereas if the money is on my body then I know where it is. I'm also not a smoker so I don't really have anything else to carry. I can easily just 'nick out back' (to my bag in the dressing room) if I need to touch up my make-up, lip gloss and/or anything else.

Ah, you are serious aren't you? What kind of stupid law is this? Oh never mind... I am sure I will be better off not knowing ;D
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
Welll, in any case for those Pretty Dancers in Garters, I should hope I could put some money in those garters. To bad the Australian is so far away. Guys, lets keep these women happy and lets get those dollars in those garters. Ha Ha
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
Yay for garters! I use a garter even in clubs where everyone else uses a purse. I think purses look poxy plus I find them a hinderance.
Garters are also great for sign language. You can just point at it, or lift it slightly to symbolize, 'Wanna tip?' Which is especially handy when you have non-English speaking customers sitting at the stage or customers waving at you from across the room when you're semi-busy with someone else.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
Garters are way better because not only is it easy access to take tips, but someone can steal your purse if you're not looking.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
The law regarding the placing money in a garter is to avoid the passing of money by way of any body part to a sexually oriented body part. For example, hand going into the thong.....face into the breasts, etc.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
I worked in a nude club and and you couldn't get off the stage without your garter. anyway, I think they were ugly, but I don't mind wearing them becuase it's a great way to stash your money, bundle your cash together and tie it with a rubberband, I think it's better security, you can't lose it. And anyway the guys see it and tend to put more money there. You know what they say money attracks money.

Completely serious. If a customer wants to buy a dancer a drink, he has to give the money to the DANCER to pay the waitress/bartender. It is also illegal to have a dancer's drinks added to their tab.
Just a bunch of Christian Bible-Thumper Law Makers that got together and thought of the stupidest laws that they could put against a strip club. "HEY! Maybe if we made the strippers pay for their own drinks, then the customers would not go to the club!" or "Maybe if we make it illegal to HAND a stripper mone, then they won't make any and the club will go out of business!" :loco:
I, personally, wear my garter around my ankle. My legs are sexy enough without a garter around one of them. Besides, having the garter around my thigh only gets in the way during pole work.
Re:Should Dancers wear Garters?
i also wear my garter around my ankle...having a wad of cash on my thigh just feels weird.
